I thought this was a good pack for the price. Only bummer is the balloons don’t float when inflated with helium, but still really cute.

Super cute! Surprised how many decorations you get for the price, definitely worth the money. You could decorate your whole house with all this, I didn’t even use them all! Very easy to assemble as well.

So cute!! My son's first birthday was a hit with these! The only problem was the foil balloons. I filled them with helium but they did not float. They just sunk to the ground.

The decorations are great. Bright and colorful and wonderful for an underwater party. The only thing that I didn't like was that it did not state anywhere that the balloons provided are ones that don't float. They're the kind meant to be put on sticks and sticks aren't even provided for them. This threw off my kids balloon bouquet entirely and it was too late to change anything. Luckily he still liked the balloons. We improvised by using chopsticks for provided balloons. Otherwise I'm very happy with my purchase.

Many pieces, cute design, the blow up fish were really nice. You will need 20-30min to set this up (time to string the banner together and blow up the fish).

I am very disappointed with balloons - we fill them with helium and they didn't float at all and balloons are very small too. Since we decorated the room at night before the party , there was no any chance to buy other balloons.

We bought this for our daughter’s 3rd bday party. It was all super cute and easy to put together and set up (my other kids did a lot of it).
