Like a lot of women, i've tried everything under the sun to help with sleep, from doctors prescriptions to numerous supplements and OTC sleep aids. Either they don't work or they stop working or they give bad side effects after a period of time. Antihistamines being the worst for side effects.In my quest to find something that works i came across these tablets. I'm not a cynical person but when you feel you've exhausted all avenues i didn't hold much hope.I started off the bat with 2 tablets. First 3 nights I fell asleep quicker but i woke as usual around 3 - 4am and usually that's either it for the night or i might get another hour after being awake for an hour or so. This time i went back to sleep within 40 mins or so and got an extra hour. So, not massively different in the sleep aspect but i did feel super alert and fresh the next day. Better than i've felt in a long time.Last night was my 4th night and wow! I know the instructions state that the best effect of these supplements comes cumulatively after a few days but wasn't convinced. However, I got 6.55 hrs sleep and a Fitbit score of 90! That is incredible, i am shocked actually. To get that amount of sleep and quality sleep at that with just supplements is unheard of for me - i'd have needed a prescription for that.Best of all, i feel like a different person in the morning - head clear, positive outlook and energetic.I'm keeping fingers crossed the effects of these tablets continue for me. I know they aren't the cheapest solution especially if taking 2 a night like me but honestly, i'm prepared to pay it if i feel like this every morning.

I've been struggling with insomnia for a few years now, waking up in the middle of the night and in the early hours and not being able to get back to sleep. I don't know if it's due to the thyroid condition, Hashimoto's disease, PTSD or menopause onset, all of which have come in at once due to a trauma incident. I prefer natural products and worked my way experimenting through a few until I came across this one... and it actually worked! The effect kicked in after a few days and for the first time in a long time I slept through the night solidly and woke up feeling refreshed, not groggy or still tired, which had become the norm. I only actually took 1 pill and this was enough for me, so the bottle lasted longer. I never tried 2 as I didn't need it. My sleep was solid and consistent every night when I took this.When the bottle ran out my insomnia returned fairly quickly. The product was out of stock for a while so i went back to a couple of different herbal alternatives I still had at home. They noticeably did not work as well. I've never written a review before but as sleep is SO important and you just feel rotten without it (not to mention can lead to other stress/health issues), I'm really happy to write a review for this product as I genuinely believe in it and hope it can help others too. Obviously we all have different physical make-ups and health issues so there's no 1 cure for everyone, but this product was a godsend for me and has a high positive rating from others so I'd say if you're looking for sleep support definitely give this one a try. I've recommended it to lots of people in a FB thyroid group I'm in and I'm going to keep using it and just stick with this brand from now on. Finally, something that actually does what it says on the tin! Er... bottle.

I stuck with taking these even when initially I felt worse. After a week or so I found I fell asleep very quickly and stayed asleep for a few hours. This was a big improvement on struggling to fall asleep and waking every hour.Unfortunately though the company seems to be no more! I checked the company name on the back of the bottle on companies house (the website) and they went out of business in December 2023. I don’t know if they have been winding down the last of their stock on Amazon ever since but it’s a real shame. I’m going to look for something with similar ingredients and hope for the best.

I bought the product based on several positive reviews on Amazon, but my experience has been anything but. Took it for over 3 weeks and also omitted all alcohol and any caffeine after midday. Nonetheless, I have not experienced any sleep benefits at all. It takes me a long time to drop off and then I wake after 3 or 4 hours. I eventually go back to sleep, but for around 3 hours or so. I’m not waking feeling refreshed.In addition, I have experienced both stomach discomfort and constipation, which I think is likely to be due to the magnesium and B vitamins, both of which can be difficult to digest. This has also contributed to fitful sleep.The manufacturer states on the bottle that they welcome feedback and the opportunity to “make it right”. This implies a money back if not satisfied offer, but they don't respond at all. Buyer beware.
