Does it have a Slicer App included in the package? How can we update the firmware?

The latest firmware can be found here at the HICTOP website hic3dprinter [dot] com/pages/firmware Search for "HICTOP D3 hero". A new firmware update has been posted as of April 2020. There are videos available there that will show you how to upgrade. Be aware that you will need an empty micro SD card and to open the bottom of the printer to complete the upgrade of the LCD screen, which is done separately from the main printer firmware. You will need a Windows PC connected via USB to complete the printer portion of the firmware upgrade.

What temperatures can the extruders and the bed reach?

100c fore the bed 250 for the extruders

Has anyone had an issue with the 24 volt draw? My current printer is 12 volt and the elctriv in my house is on fuses.

Not sure what you mean but the title of the device on their website is: HICTOP 24V D3 Hero Dual Independent Extruder IDEX 3D printer. The 24V is a positive selling point. Most older technology printers are 12V which mostly refers to the voltage supplied to the Hotbed Build-plate. The more Voltage and Current = more Power supplied, which means hotter temps for different Filaments. So yes the printer will draw more Current from the wall. But this is a positive thing.
