New grass seed + Pigeons.. first lot of seed gobbled up by the varmints despite top dressing with soil.. Bought this & made a frame with dog cage panels and bamboo canes and re-seeded.. pigeons tried all ways, eventually gave up...Mesh is not so fine as to entrap smaller birds (I have wrens nesting and would hate to sabotage them). Now grass has grown have dismantled the cage and this sturdily constructed netting has been folded neatly away for future projects.

It is ok, it is not soft material as i thought but medium hardness, overall ok, haven't used it yet

Exactly what I needed. The net was neatly packed, in a way what some people think means it is not a square piece. The corners also very helpfully have a small piece of different coloured string tied to them to help identify them.

It's advertised as 5x5m, but it's not a square. It might add up to that area, but it is a really odd shape. Looking through the comments, I see that I'm not the only one that received a weird shape. Material wise, I'm not contesting its quality, it seems nice made, but size wise it's very misleading considering it's advertised and labelled as 5x5

A couple of pigeons decided that our balcony would make a lovely home. They come first thing in the morning, cooing close to our bedroom window and looking around like they owned the place. We tried everything: Spikes - they just knocked them over; Electronic sonic repellent - not bothered in the slightest; Hanging reflectors - they were literally perched next to them. I hesitated in getting a net as I thought it would (a) block the view we had, (b) look unsightly from the outside and (c) be difficult to install. I was so wrong. You hardly notice it's there and would actually have to focus your eyes on the net to see it (even against the sky). We're on the first floor and again, you don't notice it's there unless you really look when you're close. The instructions suggested a heavy duty set-up involving drilling (not an option for us as we don't own the place), but I found that removable Command hooks work just as well. It stayed up throughout the recent storm and more importantly, we no longer get visits from the pigeon couple!
