I usually don't do reviews. My first thoughts on the chair after 2 weeks of usage: It's pretty heavy. Seems well built. I am able to adjust armreasts perfectly to where I don't have to let my arms hover. They sit comfortably, resting while I control my mouse and keyboard.However, after several nights of long hours gaming--I was able to get up without my back hurting. The lumbar pillow works wonders, and it too is adjustable. I work in IT, so I tend to sit at a desk for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. When I get home, and go to game after putting my kids to bed, it's imperative I have a comfortable chair. What I have learned, the ""comfy"" office chairs that you sink into, and that will put you to sleep....

I've had this chair for a couple of weeks now and I'm very happy with it. The unit arribed in a big box, packed nicely. Set it up in about 20 minutes. Very easy setup, don't really even need the instruction. I along with many people, am puzzled about the white gloves. It took a day or two of fine tuning to get it just the way i like it. but now it's perfect! replaced a 15 year old chair that was on it's last legs. I work from home 1-3 days a week and that means sitting for 9 to 10 hours straight and I've been nothing but comfortable in this chair. It's better tan I expected and I would recommend it to everyone.

I totally love this chair! It's so comfortable, especially for my back and neck, since it comes with 2 support pillows. The chair didn't take too long to put together, but I would say about 30-45mins, if you read the instructions carefully. I always make sure that all the necessary items are present before putting everything together, and sure enough, everything was in the box. I would say the best thing about this chair is the fact that it can recline to almost 180 degrees with a lever on the right side. You can even lay back and take a quick nap after gaming or working the office for a awhile. This chair totally outranks the previous chair I had, which was okay.

I just want to say that this is a very good company. They have the best customer service that I have seen with any online company that I have ever dealt with. Just some pros about the chair.1. Great Customer Service from the company. They actually uphold a warranty.2. Affordable price for a gaming office chair.3. The recline feature comes in handy and is really nice.

I had high hopes for this chair. It came when it was supposed to and very easy to put together. My biggest issue is that it's too narrow in the seat. The sides come up and they dig into your legs. The back and neck supports are also fairly uncomfortable. I had to remove the neck one completely and keep having to push the bottom one up and down to find a decent place on my back. It's not helpful that the straps to this thing go all the way up and down to the top of the chair. It looks cheap the way it's secured. I'd send it back but I'm not going through the hassle of taking it apart and repackaging it. So. I'm stuck with it and probably going to look for another one.

Having spent a night with the chair it's one of the most comfortable chairs I've sat in and i fit without any issues, the headrest has minimal adjust-ability up and down but even so it still fit where I needed for when I lean back, and the lumbar pillow doesn't slide around as I move. The seat itself is a bit hard at first but I never felt uncomfortable in it. I am on normal carpet but the chair still rolls well across it without feeling like it's digging into the ground or struggling.

Honestly for the price you can't get a better gaming chair. I'm extremely glad I found these chairs. They're comfortable, sit high and can lying down.comfortable and easy to move around and this chair has it all. The wheels roll easy, the seat reclines back to make it a little more comfortable. The lumbar and headrest pillow are awesome and feel very well made. The color matches my theme of my pc and right now I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Honestly for the price you can't get a better gaming chair. I'm extremely glad I found these chairs. They're comfortable, sit high which is important for ppl over 6ft tall. I have bought 3 of them for my family. Customer service is top notch!! Had an issue (not with the chair itself, I accidentally ordered the wrong one) and they responded super fast and fixed the issue right away. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great chair without the insane price tag.
