I am not going to lie The product is Beautiful, The people are wonderful, They worked with me, I did receive my package and it was empty, I wrote to them. I wrote to Amazon. they took very good care of me and I received my package today. It took time, but with all that is going on in the world today, we must have patience. I thank the people that helped along the way I love the engravings they are spot on. I have to let them know i did receive them. I love them and thank you so very much.

Just got this in, so I’ll update my review if anything comes up. But so far I am very pleased. I said to myself, If I have to wear this, it’s gonna be cute. The price seems great for the quality. It’s a sturdy piece.And it is! It’s comfortable to wear. I ordered on the bigger side to have a loose fit.It has a goth/kpop vibe to it, and looks sleek and professional. :)

Ordered this for mom.This is made of a lightweight gold colored aluminum. The inscription came out great. However the length was supposed to be a small 7", and was filled at 8.75" which is way too big for her.It's not adjustable unfortunately.I reached out to the vendor, and they just credited me back my money.Im dinging them one star for making an error. But I want to give them 5 stars for service.I dont think a 1 or 2 star rating is fair here. The product was fine, just made a mistake in the selection of the bracelet to engrave.And they did the right thing. Cheers!!

Second purchase. Again excellent product. Beautiful chain. Light but strong. When you close the hasp, it is closed. No worries of falling off. Don’t know how you make it for the price. Printing is sharp and easy to read. I would pay more after having them.

Edit: i went to a jewerly store, to try and get my stuff corrected on my bracelet. However, they told me that they could fix the band, but was put on it was not even engraved. The jeweler was able to take off what was on there with a simple rubber wheel..Not actually even engraved so over a couple of weeks or a couple months whatever was put on the bracelet would wear off because it is just stuck on it instead of engraved in it. Absolute garbage..I thought I would buy this as a new thing that I've needed for a while and figured I should stop putting it off. After this arrived, I thought it would be nice. It was a nice little velvet bag. Upon closer examination of the bracelet I was greatly disappointed. and taken out of the bag I had seen that it was scratched all over not gunmetal gray. But it looked like gunmetal gray, and then scratch through to the true color of the item more of a gold color.I didn't put the bracelet on and within two minutes. I'm going for my downstairs to my vehicle. It was already coming undone. Over the next five minutes if you came loose in on Class about every 60 seconds just from walking.I tried to return the item, however it is a non-returnable item so therefore they have frighten me out of my money and sent me garbage in replace of hard earned money.Stay away from buying one of these bracelets from this seller. Or else you will be likely to receive junk scrap metal and be out some money.
