Very good quality
Very sturdy and durable. It saved a lot space for me in my basement. I had two other garment racks that broke and this rack held all of the clothes that the two other racks held. It holds a lot. It was very easy to put together too.

Commercial-grade stable garment rack
Seriously built like a commercial clothes/costume rack. Twice as durable and stable as I was expecting for this price. I loaded it up entirely with winter clothing and put it in a spare room. It doesn't even flinch at a full load of heavy clothes. Rolls great on the carpet without feeling like it's going to tip even when fully loaded. I guess you could really yank on this fast around corners and make it tip, but that would be your own fault and not the fault of the rack. Yes, if you try to lift this rack by the uprights, they do pull out of the base. However, they are sunk in a good 6 inches so the uprights don't just pull off without extra effort. I'm going to run a drill bit through the side of each base and upright and put a little screw in to secure it from lifting out. Honestly, I'm in no rush to do that because it's a petty complaint. The Z base is twice as wide as the picture represents. Very stable. Great heavy hardware and even spring washers to prevent the parts from separating easily. I can't imagine any of the hardware will loosen ever. Just tighten them well with the provided wrenches. There are even extra nuts/washers in case you lose one. Assembly took literally 5 minutes. It took longer to cut down the long box with a box cutter so it would fit in my trash can. I'm beyond happy with this garment rack.

Great for LONG clothing w/o them touching the floor or the rack bowing when fully loaded
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Having moved from a smaller house into a much larger home, you'd think the closet space would expand as well! Not the case for me! I wanted a solid bar rack (not 2 pieces slid into each other to make up the bar to hang my clothes for fear it would buckle and spill all of my clothes into the floor over time), and this is definitely a solid bar! Bonus is that assembly was super, super easy! The Z frame makes it easy to maneuver around corners and through entryways without bumping into the walls. My only regret is that I bought 2 "high bar" racks when I should have bought at least 1 double rack option (I don't have that many long items and could have doubled the rack space by simply buying the over / under option for shirts and pants). Quality: High marks for a solid build! As another reviewer noted, it will come apart if lifted by the side bar to carry it over a step - so if you plan to use it for moving over anything but a flat surface or around the house, definitely purchase the pins and drill a couple of holes in the lower side bars to to hold the base in place. Don't get me wrong, household use is not a problem. It is moving it out of the house or down steps to the basement when it became obvious! Build quality: Solid build and very sturdy. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no tipping issues with the Z bar base when moving it around fully loaded. The wheels are large enough to easily make it over thresholds when moving it from laundry room to bedrooms / spare rooms (and from hardwood to carpet). And the Z makes it easier to maneuver around corners. This clothing rack is SOLID. I have loaded mine down without any bowing of the rack! Not worried at all that this thing will last for years! Height: Great height for tall garments! If you're worried about your clothes touching the ground, DON'T! I wouldn't worry about it either if I would have purchased the over/under 2 rack version (and should have purchased 1 of each to double the rack space for shirts and pants). Rollability: Maneuvers easily over both hardwood and carpet (and over the thresholds in between). The wheels are large enough for smooth transport across multiple surfaces, which is much appreciated! This is definitely industrial strength quality!

Truly industrial โ measure your space, though!
I didnโt look at the dimensions of this rack well enough when I ordered it. Itโs much wider and shorter than I expected โ I would have preferred the width be the height and the height be the width, but that was pure not RTFS on my part. (Reading the fxxxx specs.) The height also does not adjust, which I found odd. That said, this is truly an industrial-level clothing rack. Itโs no frills, sturdy as all get out, and well worth the price. It is very easy to assemble. It comes with the necessary tools, and it will be very easy to disassemble should the need ever arise. I taped the tools in a plastic bag to the side of one of the bottom supports so they wonโt get lost. Iโve owned what I thought were some pretty nice clothing racks in the past, and this one equals all of the nice ones Iโve loved and lost. It will hold a load of heavy clothes with no danger of tipping over. The โZโ design helps the stability quite a bit, as does the high-grade steel. If I hadnโt planned a much smaller space for it to fit into, Iโd give it five stars. That is all on me rather than on what seems to be a fine product, though. As it is, it does not quite fit my needs, space-wise, so living with it basically in the way is currently inconvenient. Luckily, my closet-sorting project is short-term and will be over in a few weeks, at which time this rack will go live in the garage. If youโve got the room and need a rack thatโs sturdy easy to move, super strong, and basically a clothing rack for life should you want to move it with you, spend the extra cash on this one. I can see why other folks with more clothes than myself have purchased multiples of this. It wonโt disappoint โ as long as you have the space for it!

Heavy duty, doesn't tip, holds a lot of clothes and moves around easily.
I have ordered this rack before, and they are sturdy and don't tip. Holds several garments at a time. This last rack was missing a wheel and I didn't really need it, so I returned it. If I need another one in the future, I won't hesitate to order this rack again.

Sturdy-city baby! A great rack for vintage (REAL) coats and clothes...
Here's the brief but truthful deal for all of you folks that are utterly curious as to the quality of this inexpensive rack.. This beast is a solid and worthy investment. The set-up was beyond easy as well, a couple of connecting points and maybe one or two of your own tools and you're golden. As you can see from my photograph, (and pardon the blurriness!) this rack is supporting almost 200 lbs of coats... yes, VINTAGE and OLD SCHOOL coats; a dense leather pea-coat, a huge wool mountain jacket and other various aged coats that weigh at least 5 to 10 pounds per piece, AND sweaters and an old wool blanket too! It's really a well designed rack and I've definitely pushed its capacity to the limit. The only thing I've noticed, and I believe one reviewer did some adjustments to assist this issue (and its not a structural problem mind you) is when the top half silver poles slide into the lower base section of the rack, there might be a bit of space which can make it shift a tiny bit. I couldn't care less, because it doesn't in ANY way compromise the sturdiness of the rack. If that tiny movement affects you, you can drill something through it or perhaps even foam that connection, maybe even duck tape the connecting part? This rack is really dynamite. If my photo doesn't prove it, I don't know what to tell you... I've got a lot of weight on this thing and there's NO bend in that top pole! Peace and Love people! Hope this helps!

Sturdy, mobility and Easy of Assembly
Bought two of these and wow, so easy to assemble. No external tools needed as internal tools supplied in box. Just took a glance at front page of manual and managed to assemble the units easily without the manual. You cant go wrong with assembly. Sturdy and able to handle several heavy winter jackets with ease. The "Z" frame design helps to easily access all the jackets and the mobility of the high quality castors makes moving this with ease. You don't need too much pressure to push the unit to move. Industrial strength aluminum with big bolts are a great add. For the quality you get you would normally pay over $200 for this. This is a great option if you are looking for a strong, mobile and sturdy garment rack.

Sturdy and good quality but expensive.
Good quality. Sturdy. The horizontal hanging bar is strong and doesn't bent. The only flimsy parts are the wheels - the locking mechanism doesn't quite work but if the rack is on flat ground its fine. It is on the expensive side so a 4 star rating.

Great for commercial use
Got this for my boutique. We attend a lot of exhibitions, so need something easy to put together and at the same time sturdy. looking to get another one soon. UPDATE: I got a second one. This time it was a used one. I wanted to get the same colour that's why got the used one as they don't have the black one new. Still good and even though it is noted as used, the quality is very good. The packaging was torn which was noted prior in the order window. overall great product. Holds a lot of weight.
