BBQ Grill Accessory, TravelQ Stand for PRO285, Stainless Steel Condiment Tray, Integrated Bottle Opener, Concealed Propane Storage, Removable Side Shelves, All-Season Wheels

We've had the stand for 12 months. It was easy to assemble and has met all our needs. I'm providing this review as feedback to the designers and customers. Today the shelf storage holder broke as shown in the picture. The shelf stores away when not in use by hanging from two supports. One of those supports broke off. We are no longer able to store the shelf. Poor design.

This product is the biggest piece of cheap you-know-what that I have assembled since a $49 bike purchased in the 1990s (not on Amazon) for my six year old's Christmas present, a project which continues to live in infamy in our household. I have become skilled at assembling cheap products over the years (unfortunately) but this one is not only cheap but poorly executed - multiple product tolerance issues, wheel hubs that won't stay on, and many more. Although the Napoleon grill itself seems pretty great, the stand is total garbage. Save yourselves the trouble and buy a different product.

The grill and grill cart by Napoleon was exactly what I needed for a small compact natural gas grill for the deck. Read the directions for lighting as the safety's built in require a very specific sequence. You can't see flame in sunlight, you have to feel the heat.

Grill stand description was deceiving and couldn’t return

It's a good and sturdy little grill cart, with a few drawbacks - the propane tank is hung from the center of the upper shelf which makes it very heavy to lean and roll about. The collapsible shelves cannot be held to wheel it about, decreasing your leverage even further! Personally, I would have rather had some wooden side shelves, as I am not sure how well the plastic will hold up. (My previous grill placed the tank over the wheel axle, which made it much easier to lean and roll about. It was an apparent stroke of brilliance that I never fully appreciated before now!) It's important to note that when assembling the cart, the instructions make no note of the fact that the legs are different lengths - the shorter leg MUST go on the side with the wheels. There's a barely noticeable 1 inch difference in the legs, be sure to get it right the first time! The short leg goes on the side with the long axle - no threaded end. Once it's all put together and the grill is placed on top, it's a really sharp looking unit! The grill is easy to latch into place and the propane tank couldn't possibly be easier to install. Even if you have to move the 3 pieces separately, it would only add a minute or two of setup time. With all of the pieces combined, I was still able to pull the cart through 4 inch tall grass without any problems, thanks to the large cart wheels. If you bought the Pro285 and you don't feel like cooking on the ground, a picnic table, or just building your own cart out of cedar - this is your best bet!

In a single word: Jankey Napoleon makes arguably the best grills, however; this stand is at best a $50 product. It isn’t total trash but buddy this is not a $200 grill stand. I was sad to see the quality was so much lower than the grill I had purchased. Pass on this stand and get a quality one.

i like product, (must have if you want a stand with this grill). BUT there are couple of serious issues. 1st i agree, it was a real pain to put together. 2nd the side shelves do not lock down SO YOU CANNOT USE THEM TO WHEEL GRILL AROUND. you have to grab closer to the grill to lift and roll. it is kind of a pain. 3rd if i had known all this i would have bought a different grill as the grill and stand add up to a lot.

Works great. Sturdy. Perfect for a small balcony.

Facile à installer

Wasn’t that difficult to put together. Looks great with the matching BBQ. Looks professional.

Only giving 4 stars because there was way too much assembly and the manual is not clear on some of the parts. Especially the two side tables and how they are attached. The portable barbecue does fit it perfectly.
