Once dry it is waterproof! The fist time I used it, I spent the day in the rain & expected to look like a raccoon when I got home. Nope, didn't happen. This stuff stayed put all day. It comes off easily with eye makeup remover. I hope the manufacturer stays in business because I will be purchasing this product from now on. Incredible value. The only thing I would add would be to improve the brushes. Mine broke as I was taking it out of the box. I can handle it, I have superglue. & this product is so awesome that I couldn't take away a star. Highly recommend! Buy it!
