I left this pen in my car because I am nervous about needing to break the glass in case of an accident or use it for self defense (I know new mom paranoia). It writes well and is pretty non-descript so I don't feel weird having it.

I love this pen! I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys, and generally got out by myself all the time. Usually I’m toting a book/diaper bag and a 2 year old on my hip. I like that I can stick this in my wallet, and know I have it in case I need to sign something or in case i need to defend myself or my boys. I have a concealed carry permit, but I don’t like to carry unless I know without doubt I can do so safely. So this is a good alternative when I have my hand/mind/hip too busy To do so 100%. The pen also writes very smoothly! I was surprised.

I purchased this to leave in my car. It's easy to unscrew the top to access the emergency whistle and it's pretty loud, hope I never need it.. I like that it comes with 4 pen refills and it writes good, flows nicely. The end can break glass or be used for self defense. I haven't tried it for either but it looks like it would do either job. I like that it feels sturdy and not flimsy and it is a little heavier than a regular pen.

This pen is better then pens that cost a lot more. The carbide point and a whistle on the end makes it complete for an emergency. I have owned a lot of other pens, but this one is the best! Customer service can't be beat either. A real winner here. I got four, but will get more!

The pocket clip was glued on, and came off while writing. It isn't a screw on clip like other tactical pens.I like the whistle and the pen writes well. But it isn't secure. Disappointing!

This pen writes really good and I tested the carbide tip on a old junk car drivers window. only one good strike against it caused the window to shatter. A must have for personal protection and emergency escape from a car submerged in water.

Love it! However it is kinda heavy for having to write for a full shift. It’s worth it to just have it.

Whenever I need a pen in the I can’t find one. This is the perfect pen to keep in the car. Now I’m ready for anything.
