I did get wrong color and wrong model. Nothing like the picturevery poor sound quality...

The earbuds keep coming out, not staying inside the ears

Bought one of these in 2018, so they may have fixed this design issue. The actual speakers sound fine when they work, but the audio in the left ear piece kept cutting out or losing volume. I realized that the issue occurred when I jostled the volume controller, so I decided to see if I could take it apart and resolve the problem. Brief spoiler, I did, you just need some clear nail polish to fix it. To do so, just slide your fingernail or another thin object under the volume plus button and pull up. That side should pop right off. The volume down side may need some slight twisting to remove it. Once the plastic button is removed, you'll see the circuit board, which needs to be lifted out of place from the volume plus side, be careful to not break it off of the soldered cords on the opposite side. The issue I had was caused by the unshielded cable carrying sound to the left speaker running under the board and basically grounding itself on the board when jostled. To fix, just apply the nail polish to the underside of the board, being careful to not cover the microphone hole on the end. I also recommend covering the wires the run under it as well, then wave it around or blow on it a bit till it dries, and put it back together. Put it through its paces on a ski trip, never cut out after that fix and sounds great. Comfort is not the best, but I do keep them in for up to seven hours at a time and my ears are only mildly sore.
