Is there much difference between this ashwagandha and organic ashwagandha root powder capsules? or do they work the same?

Why would the 1950mg version with leaves work better for me than this pure root version? this ksm-66 is ineffective for me.

Hi Allison, the 1950 MG organic Ashwagandha powder is extracted from only the root as well. While it does not have the same standardized withanolides level as the KSM, it is a higher does of Ashwagandha per suggested serving, which may explain why it works better for you.
