It helps lower my blood sugar.
It works! It helps me with thirst and it actually lower my blood sugar. I’m into my second bag now. I like the pleasant light bitterness. I sometimes add a light agave syrup for sweetness. But I drink it plain most of the time. I make a pitcher and drink it all day long. It made a great ice tea without the caffeine. Really enjoy it.
