Top quality portable chargerJust what I needed to keep my devices charged while away, and it does a great job in doing that!Pros:- Has 3 charging ports to charge multiple devices at the time time, so no needing to keep switching.- Huge 25,000mAh battery capacity, therefore no need to keep recharging it, and the blue flashing lights tell you how much charge you have left.- Seems very durable and solid.. cant see it breaking if I drop it.- Water resistant can take it out in any weather.- Has some cool light features which is very useful if away camping, and a solar panel which charges constantly even with low light.- Comes with a nice padded carry case, and clip.Cons:- Not pocket size.- Slightly heavier than expected.Overall very happy with the quality and design. I would recommend this to anyone going away on trips, camping or festivals.

My iPhone battery has started to drain very quickly so I needed a portable charge bank that can charge it fully as quick as possible.This arrived super quick and is nice and sleek, it fits easily into the pocket in my bag and I love the fact that it has little torch lights on the end of it as it means I can find things in my bag easier!It had a handy screen that tells you how much charge it has in it and if it's taking charge in (if plugged into wall) or putting charge out (if plugged into device)It doesn't get warm when charging which was a big factor for me, all my phone chargers that go into the wall seem to get warm after a while and I don't like to leave them plugged in but I left this charging to make sure and it was perfectly fine.Managed to charge both mine and my husbands phone and still had power left!

Useful bit of kit with impressive battery life.Arrived with 60% charge, so I topped it up to 100%.Decided to try it out around the house first to test capacity, and it hasn’t disappointed. I have used it to fully charge an iPhone XR from 10%, a completely flat PS4 controller (both of these simultaneously) and a completely flat iPhone SE, and is still showing 48% capacity remaining. Based on this, I could carry this around for at least week of work, and it would get me out of trouble without any need to recharge it, or and without any capacity worries.Simplicity in itself to use. There are three USB ports on one end, and a clear LCD display that indicates charge level, as well as the charging voltage and current being delivered. There is also a slightly gimmicky torch function, which I haven’t used.My only gripe with the product is the finish and potential durability. The case plastics feel a little on the thin and creaky side, and the USB ports are stiff to use. The product does not come with a case or wallet, so I would expect it to look quite tatty after a few months of rattling around in my work bag. I also suspect it would not survive any more than a very light drop.For the money and capacity though, few complaints. It’s a useful piece of kit.

I love this charger. It looks good and provides good power, whilst charging back up again fairly quickly. It's not ideal for carrying around in a pocket but not so heavy it can't be carried around in a rucksack or handbag. I get two full charges of my tablet from it, so very pleased.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 6 months on from purchase, the unit will no longer charge. It seems that the charging point is faulty, a common problem with many of these products!

As others have said, the recharge port fails and you then have a brick.

I like this portable charger - I've used it quite a lot since I got it and it's done a great job; you get loads of charges out of it, it's got a nice design, does exactly what I need. My only slight complaint would be that it does take a long time to charge it - I'm not sure if that's the nature of the product or if there are other ones out there which are better on this point of view?overall, I rate the product well

I purchased this product due to its high capacity, the maximum you can take on an aircraft. I opened the box and it was a nice looking product. Unfortunately the product did not work so I emailed the seller who responded a few hours later asking if I could send some photos to help them identify the problem, instead I sent a video back showing the problem and a replacement was posted the next day, no quibble, and no hassle of sending the faulty unit back to them. After receiving the new product I put in on charge for a few hours which took the unit from 25% to 97% charge its high capacity allowed me to charge my Bluetooth speaker phone and e-cigarette all at the same time due to its 3 ports, not that I needed to charge them though the charger but just to see how it handled it. I am very happy with the product and found the customer service exemplary. Thank you New Power

As the itemised star ratings show, this has been an excellent charger. That is until the micro USB charging socket liner came adrift and is now rattling around inside the charger. The result is that that it can no longer be topped up, and is therefore useless. It's disappointing that this has happened after only two years use, hence the overall rating of only 3 stars.
