You will not be disappointed with these socks..keep you warm and dry...after a ten hour shift outside in winter my feet stayed warm throughout the day..expensive but well worth it if you are out doors..comfortable to wear and wash well..these socks are well made for your cold winter days..great socks..

Brilliant. This set of socks went to African a 1000 miles in a week trip on a bicycle which it rained a lot but kept the feet dry. Tried them out in the shower before going and feet stayed dry. My Army friends told me about them which were worn for about a week and kept feet dry. Expensive but well worth it. Look for water proof if buying another style is Sealskinz.

These feel very well made, you'd want them to be for the price. They have a very strange feeling when you first put them on, think baggy neoprene booties but I think with a liner sock inside they'll be grand. They're not uncomfortable, just very different to any socks I've ever worn before. I look forward to a very rainy day to give these a proper test, but I have no doubt from other reviews that my feet will be dry.

They work, they will keep water out and are a game changer for day hikes. But they are not totally water-proof! Water can seep in through the top elastic during bad downpours or when walking through long wet grass. So you need to combine with gaiters and/or waterproof leggings to keep all the water out. Not the most comfortable socks in the world but doubt anyone would notice while hiking. You need to keep them clean or they lose breathability. They do take a while to dry so if you are doing a multiday excursion, you probably will notice a build up of sweat related dampness. I did a lot of damage to my feet walking last winter in the mountain snow and having soaking wet cold feet. Can't wait to use these this year. Additional note: If your shoes get soaked through and these socks get covered in water for a long period of time, your feet no longer breath, and will get wet from sweat. So use the proper equipment and/or empty out your shoes when you put a foot in the bog.

I absolutely love these socks, they are 100% waterproof, so warm and comfortable, its been freezing and they have kept my feet toasty warm, Ive just brought a 2nd pair as they have been reduced even more and to good to miss.

Wouldn't leave home without them. Comfortable and keep your feet dry. Great for motorcycle riders

I've had Sealskinz in the past and on this occasion had to swap my usual size 8 for a size 9 as they come up just a bit small in my opinion. The 9 was perfect and with 10 miles of hiking in bog and mud in Scotland my feet were dry albeit cold. Your brain can't tell the difference between wet and cold apparently but apart from some sweat my feet were dry. I hung them inside out over night to prep for the next days hiking. The exterior was obviously wet and my shoes still soaked through but for another day my feet were dry and protected. Highly recommend these !

I used these while hiking the West Highland Way trail and they were extremely useful and genuinely waterproof. However, I’d recommend wearing thin blister-proof socks underneath, as your feet can get sweaty and the material doesn’t fully wrap/support the feet snugly.

This is the only socks you’ll need if you don’t want to get your feet wet.... I bought I for my boyfriend because he keep complaining about how his feet always gets wet when he mountain bikes after a rain fall...because his clip on shoes aren’t waterproof but great for hiking(it’s breathable and have comfortable insole) so I found this solution, and now his feet never gets wet and works perfectly...I didn’t believe it and I tested myself in the shower ...and sure enough my feet was dry💁🏼‍♀️ Magical. Get it !! You won’t regret !

Ja, sie sind zunächst etwas teuer, aber dafür wirklich angenehm am Fuss und wirklich wasserdicht. Nach einer Wanderung im strömenden Regen, bei dem ich auch noch in eine tiefe Pfütze getreten bin, konnte ich meine Wanderschuhe ausschütten, aber meine Füße waren trocken. Dies ist jetzt mein zweites Paar und ich liebe sie. 😍
