UPDATE 3 (4/13/2020): The company has contacted me multiple times by text and by email in order to get me to change the Amazon review (which explains why the product has such a high score on Amazon despite of having an inferior product). I've repeatedly asked why the product doesn't work with my phone and the only answer I've gotten is that the product in the warehouse isn't compatible with my phone ... which means lots and lots of people with an iPhone 6 plus wouldn't be able to use the case either. On the other hand, this product *might* work for people with other phones. I'm not sure. But the seller offered to refund the full price of the phone (which Amazon already did) AND give me a gift card for $20 (bumped up from $10) if I either deleted my review or simply changed it from 2 stars to 4 or 5 stars. I won't change it to 5 stars because the product really was defective ... but they did do everything they could to make things right. They messaged me multiple times, offered to refund, and offered to give me cash on top of that. Seems pretty extreme, but I guess they don't want any bad publicity.I guess I'm not sure what the right thing to do here would be since the product is still faulty (to my knowledge) and they aren't going to fix it. Perhaps it works for other iPhone models, though, and that's why they aren't pulling all their warehouse inventory. Or maybe they just got a lot of defective product and they can't move it otherwise (and most people are too lazy to return it)? I really can't say. They've communicated with me, though, and they are trying their best to make it right. I think that deserves at least an extra star (maybe two).UPDATE 2: After contacting the seller at www.bcneedhelps.net (they left an info card inside the box for their product), the company has finally contacted me via text message and offered to refund my purchase price – and send me $10 if I change my Amazon review. I've already returned the phone case to Amazon (twice) and have been refunded my purchase price, so I'm not changing the 2-star review just to get $10. Instead, I've asked them if they would like to send me a phone case that actually works (in which case I would happily change my review from 2-stars to 5-stars). I've also asked whether they have any input as to why I couldn't get the phone case to charge my iPhone in the first place. Currently waiting for any kind of reply.UPDATE 1: The second case arrived and had the exact same problem. This made me wonder if it was user error (can't imagine how...but possible, I guess). More likely, though, it was an issue with my own phone? I tried contacting the company via their website and received no response, so I ordered a battery charging case from a different competitor and that one worked fine. I like this Lonlife case better, though...except it doesn't work. :( So for now I'm sticking with the case from the competitor (because, even though I dislike the case more, that one actually charges my phone like it is supposed to).ORIGINAL REVIEW:Fits my iPhone 6 plus like a glove. Fairly slim (all things considered) and not too heavy. Feels just like what I had hoped. Nice texture to the rubber case. Easily powers on and off. It arrived fully charged. Very pleased overall.EXCEPT IT DOESN'T CONNECT TO MY PHONE. I hold the power button for 3-5 seconds and the battery turns on (four white lights) but the case doesn't starting charging the iPhone. Then, because the battery case doesn't sense a connection, it shuts down on its own. I'd give the product 1-star except the case is so nice and apparently works for most other buyers, so I'm exchanging this one in the hopes that the next case that arrives doesn't have a connection problem. If so, I'll change this to 5-stars. *sigh*

I purchased two of these cases for myself and my fiancé. We both have iPhones and use the chargers that came with to charge the cases and our phones. While the first three weeks with the cases was amazing, the last few have not been. The case does a great job charging the phone and lasts for at least two full charges, sometimes three. The case is also easy to charge, and easy to put on and take off. Lately, however, the case will not charge my phone and neither will my fiancé's case. Both are fully charged, and we have tried doing resets on our phones to see if that would work as well. Unfortunately, nothing has changed and the cases still do not work so we will be returning and finding a new brand. I would have gone for an exchange, but having two of the same product show similar defect at the same time does not appear promising to me.

This works so great! My iPhone battery dies super quickly, so this has been a big relief! This case is super durable, allows you to charge your phone while in the case (some others make you remove the phone & charge case separately), I get about 3 full charges out of this, so I highly recommend it for those with dying iPhones!

I am feeling good about the transaction.Original review: The case stopped charging after Amazon's 30 day guarantee and I tried several times to reach the manufacturer to get it exchanged except no one has ever responded to my inquiries. I do not recommend this product!

The Battery life on this case is pretty decent however after some time I found that my battery percentage would spike up every time I would turn the charging case on. I would go from 5% to 7% almost immediately. The durability of the skis it’s OK it’s pretty thick on the back however I feel as though the connector itself is very flimsy and after a few times of using this the adapter became very loose. I need something way more sturdy. It’s all right if you’re always gonna keep this case on the phone if you want to change your phone cases expect the adapter to wiggle around after a while..

I bought this case because I have an iPhone 8 plus and the battery was only lasting me about half of the day now. A battery case seemed like the best option because it is a lot cheaper than a new phone and everything else with my phone worked fine. This phone case is by far the best out of the all of the battery case brands I have used in the past with prior phones. The things I like best about it is that it's not too bulky, it fully charges my phone and still has some juice left, it provides a lot of protection for my phone, and it feels very high quality.

This is easy to use. The instructions for charging were not clear, but I put my iPhone in it and plugged in it, which charged the phone and the battery. To test it, I let my iPhone battery get low enough that I got the low battery message. I pressed the button on the back for 3 seconds and charging started and continued until the iPhone battery was 99% charged. Based on the lights on the back of the accessory battery it looked like there was quite a bit of charge left, so I waited until the iPhone was low again and repeated and got 92%. It's a bit heavy, but I do like the solid feel of it. I will probably only use it when I'm traveling and it will give me much peace of mind knowing that I have back-up battery for those long days.

First thing is the customer service is outstanding. I had a question about the battery case and they got back to me within hours. Secondly, honestly this battery case is excellent. My iPhone battery needs to be replaced, it loses power fast. I plugged the phone into the case and it charges up my phone fully and then still has enough life in it that I can charge the phone three and four times a day. It’s just a little bit heavy but it’s worth the trade off since it keeps my phone charged.
