I bought this portable AC on my office desk. I totally like it. My coworkers asked me where to get it. Easy to carry and use. It can be used as a fan or as a small air conditioner. Can put 2 drops of orange oil to the water. Smell is so relax.

It cools about five feet from the fan. Beyond that, it's not much effective to cool down as promised. I use it near the desk in my study room.So it serves my purpose.

For my purposes this did not work for me. If I used it for my desk at work it might have worked but even sitting next to me in a small room it didn’t get cold enough. I returned it.

This is a glorified fan. The ice barely makes a difference. The idea SEEMS good, but the reality is it’s really not very cold. Really, ignore the great reviews. This is NOT gonna cool you down. Promise!

My bedroom is the hottest room in the house. It is never really comfortable during the Summer, so I get this little device, and it truly helps. It is small, fitting on my bedside table, and it only cools a small area, but it helps me sleep better. It is useless unless you use ice water, though, and that is the reason I dinged it one star. The opening where you add water and ice is too small for an ice cube. I have to let it melt a few minutes before I can actually add the ice water, and it won't pour in from a cup, you have to add the ice by hand, a piece at a time, to get it through the little slot. This is a design flaw that makes it a messy job to fill it -- not something I want to be fooling with at bedtime.

This was a replacement for a previous unit of the same product. The last one started leaking after 3 months and wouldn’t hold water. Got ahold of the seller who replaced it and I just received the replacement. So far so good. Prompt service and works like it should

Both of our children have small rooms. Unfortunately, it didn't even create a cool feeling in the room. This would be good for a desk or to simply have blow directly on you but don't purchase if you need it to cool your room.

All these reviews say it kept the room cold quick and long periods of time. I got it for my wife & she couldn’t get it to keep the room cold at all. very disappointed
