Does this tighten the skin from sagging?

Depends on how saggy you are to begin with. If you are 77 years old like I am it will improve the sagging lines on your cheeks and around the mouth and eyes enough that you can see it, but it will not make you look like you are 20 again. In my lifetime I have used hundreds of facial fixes and this is the first that I can truly say has done some good.

What percentage of retinol is in this product?

Retinal 0.05% is only available by prescription. If you have dry skin already, you shouldn't use this. Hyaluronic Acid will only moisturize your skin if you are already hydrated and live in an area that has high humidity climate, or it too can cause your skin to be very dry. Be aware of other products you use that may contain same ingredients.

I got 2 of these for me and mom but I wonder why the box is not even sealed or packed in tight plastic?

I don't know. I am not the shipper or the manufacturer, but when you buy this product at Target or Walmart, it is not sealed either. The bottle is very strong- it will not break in shipping, so I see no need for bubble wrap.

I tried this wanting to find something better than ROC But this did not even come close to ROC plus I used this one time and woke up to my top layer of skin burnt off it felt awful I did not get it here it came from a drug store but I love neutrogena but it seems I’m picking tbe wrong product the bar face wash burnt my skin just stick to what you know this stuff gets expensive
