Is the slight smell of this one the same as the regular one? My boyfriend dislikes the scent so don’t want to duplicate. Thanks!

No, I don't smell any fragrance or scent. I have bad allergies, so my dermatologist recommended this. I use it every day, and I really like it. It hasn't ever caused an allergic reaction, so the fragrance is definitely not there. I hope that helps.

Do i have to rinse it with water ?!

I use it on my body as a lotion, but do not rinse it off. It works great. Sometimes I will mix one of my body lotion with the oil and it works even better. This winter so far I have not had dry legs and arms.

would it rinse off with water? i'm considering using it as a cleansing oil to break up sunscreen and makeup before using a face wash

Yes, you can use it as an oil cleanser. I have seen several videos of dermatologist’s using it in their routine. It will not clog your pores if you are double cleansing.

Is the size 8,5 or 16 Fl. Oz?

The fragrance-free formula of Neutrogena's Lightweight Body Oil seems to be offered only in 8.5 oz bottles, as far as I've found. I'd buy the larger size were it available.
