Perfect as new condition. Came well packed and protective covering front and back. 100% battery life. Charger and cable included. Plus screen protector. Basically a brand new iPhone XS.

Grate condiments bills like brand new no dents no problems looks brand new. Don’t think it’s ever been used running like new. I would recommend this as a second phone in 2026 and it’s still running fast

The phone arrived 1 day early for me, which was a lovely surprise, on top of the free 2-day delivery I got. It functions perfectly, almost identical to a new model. The only 2 differences I can see are that the battery is 91% of max capacity (not amazing, but by no means bad at all), and that there are a few very minor scratches on the screen, which I didn’t even notice until I cleaned the phone (when I was applying a screen protector). The cable that came with the phone was dented slightly, and didn’t charge properly, which was irritating, but the customer service was fast and helpful, and 2 days later I received 2 brand new, working cables, free of charge. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this product, and the seller too. EDIT: A few days later, I discovered that both of the replacement cables they sent me had broken. One of these may have been my own fault, but the other I had not touched, so it clearly wasn’t. Once again, they have sent me 2 replacement cables, but I’ve reduced the rating because of this.

In a time where iPhone fires increasingly feature in the news, it is inconceivable that Amazon one of the richest companies in the world does not put the safety of their customers first and let their sellers sell faulty products, endangering peoples lives. In short, I have purchased an iPhone from Amazon and the phone battery looses its charge in only a few hours even after a full charge. The original issue was raised well within the warranty period and I returned the phone to get the problem resolved, however the seller returned the phone with non authorised replacement parts disabling key apple features and the phone still doesn’t holds its charge. After informing Amazon of this issue and the non safety of this product I was referred back to the seller by Amazon as they claimed the issue is outside their warranty period not acknowledging that the original issue was raised within the warranty period and simply has not been addressed by their seller. I was encouraged to send the phone back to the seller for a second time, only for it to be returned with the same issue; non authorised parts, apple technical alerts, no battery life and incredibly hot temperatures during charging. So, six month later the phone has been practically unusable for most of the time, It has not been repaired to the required safety and functional standard one would expect. Amazon should be ashamed of this lack of customer support and complete disregard for health and safety of their customers as this phone is a fire hazard and practically useless phone.

iPhone arrived without a scratch on it and looks brand new, battery health is at 92% which is great. All features including Face ID & Siri work fine. The phone even came with a charger in the box which I wasn’t expecting. For only £137.75 I feel I’ve got a good bargain and a great spare phone. Only gripe is with where my delivery was left but can’t fault the seller for that.

its everything its said it is , looks brand new no scratches at all , came in a plain box with charge cable and was easy to set up , battery seems to last well , takes excellent pics and typical iphone build quality im very happy with mine .

I am pleased with what I got for the money. Finding an iPhone XS with 256GB of storage in almost impossible for this money so I am very happy with the deal. The phone came in an original iPhone box looking almost new. (Looks like it have been used with a lot of care) No scratches on the front and just few small ones on the back. Turning it on it’s works as normal. I’ve had almost no problems with it and if I ever had it’s probably the software and not the phone. The battery was 96% life which is perfect in my opinion. I can go a whole day and a half without charging it if I don’t use it all the time. Even when I’m all the time on the phone it can go for a day. Worth the money I would say. I really hope it works like this for a long time and don’t disappoint me midway.

Was worried what I was buying but I thought i would bite the bullet and give it a go. Was very pleased when the phone arrived. Was as described! A+ grade. Not a scratch to be seen. Only down side for me was the battery wear at 90%. Unfortunately I downgraded a bit from the iPhone 12 Pro with 100% battery life so I can feel the difference with this XS at 90% battery wear however it is manageable. I wasn’t one of the lucky customers to receive 99% battery wear however I have excelled with the over all condition of the iPhone. For the price I payed I would say it’s fair. Thank you to the seller and Amazon for this purchase!!

Après un an d'utilisation, pas de manière excessive je ne suis pas gamer ni accro aux réseaux sociaux, juste quelques photos de temps en temps et de l'utilisation quotidienne "classique" d'un téléphone: - 3 fois sur 4, impossible de raccrocher un appel, quand j'enlève le téléphone de mon oreille l'écran reste noir. Histoire de détecteur de proximité qui flanche. - La batterie est passée sous les 80% quelques semaines après l'achat. Pas super pour un grade "Excellent état" qu'on paie en plus. - Maintenant le joint d'étanchéité de l'écran qui se décolle, du coup plus possible de prendre des photos via la caméra frontale car la poussière s'insinue sous le verre, et bien sûr la reconnaissance via FaceID devient très capricieuse.

Colis arrivé en avance. Article correspondant parfaitement à la description sur le site. Excellent. A voir maintenant avec le temps mais pour l'instant nickel . Je recommande.

Erster Eindruck nach dem Start - perfekt. Das Telefon ist gebraucht aber nahezu wie neu. Akku ist mit 89% absolut im soll. Keine Macken oder Kratzer....

Das Display hat gleich von Anfang an nicht richtig funktioniert. Im Sperrbildschirm lässt sich Taschenlampe und Kamera nicht einschalten und auch reagiert das Display nicht richtig wie original. Die Einstellungen von 3D Touch sind die gleichen, wie bei meinen alten Iphone XS, hier funktioniert alles. Ohne Sturz oder sonstige unsachgemäße Benutzung ist das Display einfach oben an der Frontkamera kreisförmig gebrochen. Ich habe gesehen, dass das Display oben nicht gleichmäßig aufliegt, also das Display nicht richtig montiert wurde.. Wenn man also oben fester darauf drückt... kracht es Ich gehe davon aus, das hier etwas eine Spannung auf dem Glas erzeugt und etwas von innen ans Glas gedrückt hat. Wie man auf den Bildern deutlich sieht, ist das Display schief montiert worden. Auf dem zweiten Bild sieht man das Display an dieser Stelle wölbt, also der Druck an dieser Stelle zu groß war. Die Firma meinte das ist eindeutig ein Sturzschaden... habe mir ein neues Display bestellt und wollte selber rann. Heute Morgen, nach einer Woche hat der Akku den Geist aufgegeben. Mal sehen was die FIRMA jetzt zu dem kaputten Akku sagt... Ich Ärgere mich Grün und Blau. Update vom 21.07.2022, also auch der defekte Akku wird nicht getauscht. Nach einem Gespräch mit trenyoo wir für den Akku auch keine Gewährleistung übernommen weil das vom angeblichen Sturzschaden kommt. Mein Blutdruck ist auf 180

J’ai mis une étoile car il fallait mettre une. Vendeur pas sérieux et signalé à Amazon. Problème de batterie au bout de 3 mois : perte de charges « très rapidement, puis la batterie commence à gonfler et à décollé l’écran, qui s’est cassé sous le volume de la batterie. : , ke magasin Apple à côté de chez moi le confirme que l’écran est fissuré de l’intérieur car pousser par la batterie, et que j’avais de la chance car elle allait exploser. le vendeur a refusé d’appliquer la garantie pour réparer l’écran. Ce n’est pas Pro. J’ai une protection juridique, je ne perd rien, j’entame une procédure pour le poursuivre. Je ne vous conseille pas ce vendeur une fois vous achetez la téléphone, s’il a un défaut, c’est pour vous, la garantie ne joue jamais chez eux.
