This product feels like a prototype not the real thing. The idea is bright but the speed of the fan or the power of it is not adequate to provide enough pressure through your nostrils. You can barely feel it.Besides, as user manual confirms, battery lasts only about 3-4 hours! so this product is good for people who sleep 3-4 hours every night :-)One positive thing though, the fan is extremely quite and does not disturb you at all.The plugs for the nostrils must be developed further to include adjustments for different sizes.But again, it feels as if these Chinese manufacturers was impatient to wait for the real deal but they decided to sell the prototype as it is, therefore it's a complete failure.Once worked on it carefully, it's a promising idea.

I have a cpap and was looking for an alternative when business traveling or camping. Does the device blow air into your nostrils, yes, did it prevent snoring? No..there just isn't enough air pressure if you truly have sleep apnea and the seal from the nostril is no sufficient. Lastly, unless you literally sleep on you back and not on you side or stomach these do not stay in with the rigors of normal sleep movement.

If I could give this item zero Stars I would. This is possibly the stupidest product ever created. It does absolutely nothing when it's in your nose and wouldn't stay in my nose for more than about a second if I roll onto my side.

This is a total gimmick. I fell apart after a few days and the charge didn't last for more than about 4 hours. It's a device that blows air into your nostrils. Keeps them open? not so much. I didn't see any filter either, let alone an "air purifier".

Not enough power to work. Almost no air at all. So disappointed.

This device does not work as stated. After charging it all day, you go to turn it on and it doesn't run. Not a good product. Not worth the money.

Garbage! It falls out and doesn’t last more than an hour on a charge!
