I’m so in love with these pants and how natural they are. They have ingredients you can smell. I put my toddler outside and let him get as messy as he would like without having to worry about chemicals. These are truly amazing. The only downside is it is a bit grainy but it’s paint for art so I love that ur kind of adds texture and I’m sure it would most likely come out smoother if you mixed it for longer. Definitely worth the money because you only use the smallest amount to make the paint and we used it to paint the pieces of paper and still had a lot left so we painted the side walk and it washed off easily.

I bought these finger paints because I wanted to try finger painting with my 15-month-old, who still puts pretty much everything in his mouth. I love that these are edible, which gave me peace of mind while letting him explore and have fun. We used them in the bathtub, and one of the yellow paints did stain the tub at first, which caught me a little off guard. However, it came off easily with OxiClean, so it wasn’t a big issue. My baby really enjoys finger painting with these, so I’m sure we’ll be using them regularly. Overall, I love having an edible paint option that makes creative play feel a little more worry-free with a curious toddler!

Love the idea of this for baby's first paint sessions, safe if it ends up in their mouth which with a baby it always does. Colors are nice and vibrant once mixed. Only issue is it comes out really watery if you follow the ratio, had to add a lot more powder than expected to get an actual paint consistency instead of colored water. Once we adjusted it worked great and cleanup was easy. Would still recommend, just go heavier on the powder than you think you need.

This paint is great! It's completely baby safe since the ingredients are all food. It's expensive, but we've been using the same pack for 3 years- a little powder goes a long way. The texture isn't like regular paint, the colors aren't as vibrant as regular paint, they dry to different shades, and they fade over time. This isn't surprising since they're food! I've also never had this stain my kids' skin and it's easy to clean up. I'm certain it would stain fabric (especially the turmeric one) so my kids paint in just a diaper. It would likely stain light colored plastic as well, like a highchair tray, but it's never stained our sealed wooden table and is easy to clean off. I would never use this paint to make keepsake items or gifts for others, for that we use acrylic paints and keep a VERY close eye on kids who might try to taste it. But the veggie paints are perfect when the goal of the art project is simply to have fun and make a mess!

Easy to use. And the amount of powder is good. The color is not super vibrant. When you add too much water, it gets too watery. When you add too little water, it gets chunky/flaky. So it takes a little skill to make it perfect. But if you don't need it to be perfect, it's still a very good product for use.

these are so fun! my baby and i did a finger painting to hang in her nursery and she absolutely loved playing with these paints. they definitely are thicker than your average paint and they can dry a little cakey but it’s really not an issue if you’re using them with a young baby who’s bound to put everything in their mouth. my girl is 6 months and she definitely took advantage of these being taste friendly. you get a lot of value for your money, as you don’t need to use a lot of the paint powder at all to get rich and deep colors. they make a really fun mess. i would say to be mindful of staining because there’s tumeric powder and the colors are dark compared to traditional paints, but they are still beautiful. paints stuck to a standard canvas pretty well, with minimal chipping in thicker areas. i think these will last a while as the packages are thick, resealable, and you get so much in each packet. super fun and could see these being appropriate for many ages.

Its edible finger paints it's not opaque it doesn't blend well it's not for creating beautiful masterpieces, its for toddlers and I feel really good letting my 15-month-old play with it. I don't have to keep swatting her hand away from her mouth, I don't really care if it gets on her skin or if she makes a big mess. Its safe !! You can literally smell the veggies in it. Cleans off completely and you get a decent amount of paint and its actually pretty thick, a little goes a long way for tiny little fingers and adjustable make it thicker or thinner whatever if that matters to you. Will be buying again. We had tons and tons of fun with this.

Got this for my 11 month old niece to give her a fun artistic sensory experience. These paints are awesome!! I felt very safe using it with my niece, especially when she did sneak a finger into her mouth. I put her in a small blow up pool and let her experiment. She loved squeezing the paint between her fingers and toes. When clean up time came the paint was easy to rinse off. Although, FYI, what I'm assuming was the beet and the turmeric did leave a slight tint on her skin after rinsing, but it faded away with her regular bath later that night. Knowing that these were natural pigments, neither I, nor her parents, were concerned about it. I did buy the branded finger paint paper with it, which is not as glossy as regular finger paint paper or as thin as copy paper. If your looking for artwork to keep than invest in the paper. If you're more interested in the exploration and sensory experience any paper will do. All in all this was a great purchase and I can't wait to use it again!
