Sealed my husbands Father’s Day gift perfectly! It was already chunky and messy, so the modge podge went over it and made it nice and smooth. It went on thick and I had my doubts, but after sitting for an hour or so it looked great! It does not leave a film and is very clear once dried. Decent glue and sealer. You have to apply fairly generously for mounting and roll it well. A lot of cleanup and spillover, though, compared to spray adhesives. This is old school art glue which works well for bonding and glossing paper, canvas, and wood crafts. Rinses easily in water. No strong smell is a plus. This bottle probably glues and glosses about (50) 8x10 prints. I'd say it's a bargain. The product is well known and widely used. When applied on top, it initially seems milky but quickly dries to a transparent sheen with a bit of brush texture applied seen at an angle in light.
