I was actually really surprised when I got this, the price was so good in comparison to some similar products advertised that to me look exactly the same. I went for the cheaper option thinking I would regret. Nope, glad I did, it's light yet not flimsy. I have a puppy so yeah I am still on the "accidents" stage so this mop is a game changer! It also came with 6 cloths so I can use one a day and keep washing the others. I have hardwood floors so can't have much water going in and this mop does drain quite well, it doesn't drip. The air catcher is also really good so the mop goes air free onto the floor. It's really easy to empty the buckets thanks to the rubber stoppers. It almost makes me feel embarrassed to like a mop this much! Really recommend

This is a lovely mop to use, glides over the floor with ease and the Velcro pads stick really well and wash great. The two chambers are a fantastic idea so you’re only using clean water on your floor while the other chamber squeegees the water out. Did have to return this item due to damage but due to high postage costs I was told I could keep this one. The lid is broken but can still use it fairly well.

This product is amazing! The fibre pads clean immaculately even without detergent (tried and tested). No spillages and the detergent water stayed clean from dirt. So easy to use and comes with seven replaceable fibre pads, real value for money. I cant recommend enough, I'll never go back to any other mop & bucket.

Very fast delivery and well packaged . No instructions but not too challenging to assemble. We have a tiled floor. The mop arrived with only 5 mops but not to bothered about that . The floor was clean after using but there are a number of issues. The design is not great .When drying the mop the dirty water does go into both the clean and dirty side .To get a satisfactory result I had to use another bucket with clean water and double dry the mop head . When dipping the mop in to the clean side unless you have the water right up to very near the brim you will not soak the whole mop . As soon as it drops below this level the whole mop does not get wet .I found I had to keep topping up the clean side . I’m not convinced the mop itself will last very long , it feels very light and I was not confident to put any real pressure on mop handle in stubborn areas, i just think it will crease and fold if I do but I don’t know . Overall I’m not convinced this is better than a normal mop and bucket ,there were more expensive options on Amazon and in the back of mind I’m thinking I should have spent the extra money . I will persevere and see how I get on , time will tell . 🙂

Just used this for only the third time and I'm furious. It has been stood in a corner of my kitchen close to where I have bin bags for cardboard and another for bottles, cans and plastic items. I empty then regularly but when I came to fill the "bucket" in the sink I noticed it had a major leak. On examination I was amazed to see that both plugs at the bottom of each container were missing. I searched near to the area it was stood and located then fairly quickly. I screwed / pushed them both back in getting that they were both secure and fitted up to the heads. Five minutes into mopping one of the plugs came out and my living room was flooded! Fortunately I had saved my old mill and bucket for "tougher" jobs so I was lucky to be able to refuse the situation. To add insult to injury as I emptied the other chamber in the sink a part dropped off. I'm sure it will click back into place but it goes to show that sadly this is not fit for purpose.

There was a hole in my bucket . The packaging was so tight had to peel the box off it . No instructions on how to use it . The supplier wanted a photo of said "hole" . Tried to do that ! Googled it and seems to be a common problem that many buyers can't do this . My hubby and daughter tried but no way to attach the photo . So I use the mop without the bucket . It has 5 covers so I wet them and ring out .... its a faff but nice mop , great for wooden floors as does not get them too wet

This mop is amazing, the cloth attachment really collects the dirt and because you can squeegee the mop head it doesn’t leave puddles, it just wet enough to wash. Brilliant!

I love this mop set! The bucket is small enough to fit under the sink & the washable mop heads are great. No instructions which was a little confusing when knowing how to put the bits together, also delivery was crazy long. Worth it in the end but no one wants to wait weeks upon weeks for something they’ve ordered and paid for.
