This is a very pretty light, BUT the instructions are the worst I’ve encountered. This light is not for a beginner installer and will take patience to assemble. I love it, but what a pain in the rump!!!!

I haven't installed it yet, but I assembled it. It looks pretty solid, it is actual wood which I appreciated. It is "antiqued" to look fake old. I have mixed feelings about that, also I wish the chains were easier to adjust for height and it came with no directions. It is commonsense to assemble but would've been nice to have some directions about the electrical installation. I had questions about shipping and the company did get back to me promptly, so I gave them points for that. I got mixed emotions so far, hopefully I feel a little better about it once I seen it installed.

I thought this was good for my decor. Its very light in color not like the pictures. It does not have any black accents so I figured I could airbrush it and stain it to fit my needs, so that's a big red flag for anyone not wanting to pain theirs.It also mounts with a slim rectangle mount not a round 5-6 inch hole. It needs to screw in ONLY ONE WAY so if your box is not aligned the way this mounts in your ceiling it will be crooked and nothing you can do about it, plus the mount is so slim it wont cover your existing round hole if you have one.Ultimately I sent mine back before doing anything above because it was just not going to work as a replacement. Perhaps if I was renovating and wanted to patch the ceiling and be sure the box was set they way this needs it to be I would have spent time painting it for myself.Over all it didn't look like the pictures and it was going to be way to much work painting it and mounting it and fixing the gaps.

trying to put together a southwest theme in a rental property. This is a nice addition. The builder said I couldn't install it in my stairwell so I will have to find some other place for it. I love it though. It isn't as large as it looks in the picture but it is pretty cool.

I really liked the product, the glass that surrounds the bulbs were missing. If you will send it, I would really appreciate it

Looks nothing like the picture and direction are very confusing and vague. Would have done better to make our own.

If you are a little diy, you will like it as i did.I bought it for a cabin and it fit just righteasy to install. The price is rightIn other words, it’s well worth it.

Let me start off by saying that this product is so beautiful. I am so excited to put it above the island kitchen. The first one we set it up and the bulbs for some reason made the product blow. I contacted amazon and let them know what happened and in just a few days later a new one was shipped out. Customer service at its finest! thank you so much. Can not wait to have it in my home

beautiful looking missing screws, a horrible manual with no pictures and some pieces too short and wires you have to connect in the centre of the wood that are not grounded too bad

This is a pile of garbage and a huge waste of money. No proper instructions, no pictures, NOT CSA approved. No ground wires. I do not recommend anybody purchase this, especially in a new home or renovation that requires an electrical permit, your electrical inspector will not pass this.
