Great for any fit level

This is probably the most versatile tool for all fit levels from little kids and people with disabilities all the way to professional athletes. There are tons of accessories and free online videos with different exercises. Does not take a lot of space and wood is much nicer to have than metals and plastics. One-piece side bars make it much stiffer than cheap options with two pieces and metal connector. Wide enough to mount into three 16-inch spaced studs. Fast delivery from Europe (~7 days), had to pay customs fees.
