I live these electrolyte packs. I’ve been buying them for years now. I just hate drinking plain water, but these add a nice flavor and the extra hydration is much needed for me. I’ll continue to buy these as long as they’re available.

For an electrolyte powder, this is a good flavor and a nice price point. I take packets with me everywhere and add to my water bottle. It doesn't have a much salt as some of the others, which for most people is probably appropriate and fine. Not a lot of sugar so that's a win as well. I've subscribed to this one.

So I was drinking a different brand but decided to give these a try and I must say I’m very pleased ! Even my son is willing to drink them and loves them! The taste is good and I feel much better by the end of the day than I normally do so it’s doing what it’s supposed to ! I’m a little disappointed with some of the ingredients as they’re not considered the best depending on what is actually used but it’s hard to find anything that’s clean or not harmful in some way unless they’re single ingredient things sooo either way I give it 10/10

I got the mix today and I'm always a little skeptical about flavors. I like raspberry but I rarely taste it in a drink that calls itself raspberry. I mixed it in a bottle of water and shook it up and took a drink more than a sip to see if the raspberry flavor would show through. I set the bottle down and then immediately picked it up. My assistant, watching, started laughing as I kept doing that. She finally asked me why I kept putting it down and picking it up. I said, "Quick, look at the ingredients. What's in there I shouldn't be consuming?" She looked. She said there was nothing. I finished the bottle. She kept laughing and asked me what was going on. I said it looks thin and tasteless. I took a drink. It shouted raspberry. I took another drink. It did the same. Then I started putting it down because if it tastes that good, I shouldn't be drinking it, and picking it up because it tastes too good to care if I shouldn't be drinking it."I dehydrate with terrifying speed. I've had two heat strokes. So electrolyte drinks are a major issue in my life. I've consumed some pretty nasty messes in the course of trying to keep myself hydrated. I will be back over and over again. If the raspberry tastes this good, I can hardly wait to find other flavors!In fact, I have gone back and ordered the blueberry pomegranate. I can hardly wait. If the raspberry truly shouts raspberry, just think what blueberry and pomegranate can do!

I have tried a number of products for electrolytes, including the usual Gatorade and Pedialyte, but also powdered mixes and drops. I've never seen such an immediate improvement with any other product, and for a fraction of the price. I've noticed no negative side effects. My dad is in his 70s and struggles with some health issues, so I got him some, too, when I was worried about him becoming dehydrated after having the flu for a few days. What he told me two weeks later, I will never forget. He had been taking a packet every day and said he felt so much better, he started playing piano again! He's played piano all his life and had stopped in recent months because he was so run down! Fast forward another two months, and he told me he had gained 20 pounds. The only thing he changed was he started taking a packet of this every day. Please note: he was dangerously thin, about 120 pounds, and is now up to 140 again, a healthy weight. I don't think the mix makes everyone gain weight—I think he was just extremely dehydrated and didn't realize. I have never lost or gained weight when taking this (I only use the packets occasionally, when I feel like I need it for whatever reason—after being sick, after a night of drinking too much, etc.). I just hope this company continues to make this product forever because my family relies on it. And it tastes good, too. I get raspberry :)

boy I hope this works because it tastes terrible. I am taking the label at its word that this is all natural flavoring but it tastes artificial. the packet says to mix in 16 ounces of water, and you should do that to minimize the intensity of the flavor. the more water the better. it's a very small concentrated packet which is idea for travel which is why I bought these. use them on travel days to help you thru the day and keep your health up. I suppose the point is the electrolytes not the taste. if I find this is really good I will revise my stars.
