This plasma ball looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier about the quality and value for the price and size. I didn’t think it was possible to have different colors all at once and my son loves it for mood lighting in his bedroom. It has been on since the day he got it and has not had any issues. I highly recommend it if you are looking for something cool and simple to add to any child, teen, or even adults room that will definitely get you compliments and questions of where you found it? I’m actually planning on getting my dad a similar one for his study for Father’s Day because he has shown such interest in my son’s when visiting.

These are fun to watch and play with. This one is very active, with a good quantity of lazy streamers evenly distributed across the globe. It has a sound activated mode. The globe itself is plastic, which I think is a good thing so it won't easily break. I bought this anticipating to use it in classroom demonstrations of how it interacts with magnetic fields and external high voltage from Van De Graff and Tesla Coils. I was a bit surprised that there was zero interaction - I honestly expected something. That led me down an interesting rabbit hole as to why it doesn't work. They say, the best way to learn something is to try and teach it. This is in no way a product fault, this is just the way the science works. If you are looking for a Plasma Globe, this is a good one to choose.

Awesome plasma ball! Some retailers are selling these for over $1,000.00. What a scam! This is very reasonably priced and they work t9 perfection. Don't expect anything like a mahogany or teak base, but as far as the functionality, this is good as it gets. The color is astounding and it reacts well with your hand. I wish this company would build a mucb bigger version also. No way I am paying $$7,000.00 or more for a 24 inch version of this. It is inexpensive technology and this company has the right idea - sell them for a fair price and watch them fly off the shelf faster than you can stock it!

It was a so cheap had to buy it. Looks awesome and will pulse if you play music.

My daughter loves it, but it shorts out all the lamps near it. But she REALLY loves it so we’re keeping it.

Bought this for my partner for Christmas and he loved it! He loves the color Blue (which is why I bought this specific one) and thankfully it turned out perfectly!

I love all things experimental and scientific, and have been having a lot of fun with this 8 inch plasma globe. It's totally mesmerizing and demonstrates high-voltage plasma at high frequencies nicely. I did connect the 12 VDC power cube to a DC-DC buck converter module because at the full 12 volts, the globe is very frenetic and there is quite a but of ozone produced if you touch the surface. I have the voltage set at 9VDC and that is a good setting as the streamers are slightly reduced in activity and no ozone on fingers while touching it. The HV transformer and driver inside the base should also last longer with less stress as well.

Bought this for my Grandson, he loves it! He really likes that it responds to loud noises like clapping or music.

Habe mich schon gewundert das es aus den USA verschickt wurde. Aber ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass die Plasmakugel über einen US-amerikanischen Stecker verfügt. Ohne passenden Adapter ist der Artikel in Deutschland nicht verwendbar.
