Men's Waterproof Lightweight Hiking Boots

I've been pleasantly surprised by these NORTIV 8 hiking boots. I spend a lot of my free time hiking in the mountains of North Georgia, and most of my hikes are between **6 and 8 miles** over rocky, uneven terrain with plenty of elevation changes. Many of the trails I hike also require crossing streams or navigating muddy sections, so I needed a boot that could handle a variety of conditions. So far, these boots have been outstanding. Right out of the box, they were comfortable with very little break-in period. The cushioning has been excellent, even after spending several hours on the trail. The ankle support is just right—secure enough for rough terrain without feeling stiff or restrictive. The traction has also impressed me. I've hiked over loose gravel, exposed tree roots, rocky trails, wet leaves, and creek crossings, and the boots have maintained solid footing throughout. I haven't experienced any slipping that made me question my footing. One of the biggest reasons I purchased these boots was the waterproof protection, and they've lived up to my expectations. I've crossed several shallow streams and walked through wet grass and muddy areas without ending up with wet feet. That's a huge plus when you're several miles from the trailhead. Another thing I've appreciated is how lightweight they feel compared to some heavier hiking boots I've owned. After hiking 6 to 8 miles, my feet don't feel as fatigued as they have with bulkier boots. For the price, I honestly think these boots offer exceptional value. Are they built exactly like a $180 premium hiking boot? Probably not. But for casual to moderate day hiking, they've performed far better than I expected and have given me plenty of confidence on the trail. If you're looking for a comfortable, waterproof hiking boot for day hikes, state parks, mountain trails, or weekend adventures without spending a fortune, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these. So far, they've exceeded my expectations, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

good fit, waterproof, comfortable. Even though membrane is not 'breathable', no issues noted with moisture so far. Works well for beach walking on sand and cobbles, good traction on cobbles.

These are an excellent value. I have put appx 150 rough terrain hiking miles on these boots in Southern California they are performing very well. The insole and cushion is comfortable. The construction is so far very durable, the heat here is very strong in the summer here, it is easy for adhesives and soles to separate but so far there is no sign of this and I am pleased. I hope they continue to last. These are almost a full boot which protects the ankle well, but breathability is not going to be a highlight, so far decent. The boot is stylish you have color options. I wanted a size 6 but only 6.5 was available. I had to make a slight compromise so 4 stars. Good product.

Ok I took these on my trip to Yosemite and we spent 5 days 4 nights with a hike every day and they held up. Not only did they hold up b it my feet were not hurting and even improved my pain that o have from wearing regular work boots. I would buy again

I liked these boots so much that I bought an xtra pair. Very good looking and the waterproofing is holding up well. I get a lot of compliments.

My son hasn't worn these yet, but he is going on a hike this week. But the boots looked beautiful out of the package. We were concerned because the boot box was mangled terribly as they were sent in a plastic bag by Amazon. I believe that the durability of the boots and the great materials they are made of kept them from being mangled, too. They were also very comfortable to wear!

Passen super und sind bequem. Zusätzlich immer mal imprägnieren und sie halten auch bei Regenwetter die Füße trocken.

Confortable mais pas étanche - les pieds trempé après un heure de marche par temps pluvieux. Durée de vie une année en les portant assez régulièrement. J'attendais à bien plus vu tous les avis très positifs. Elles ne semble pas chères au premier vu, mais il faut considérer la coûté de les remplacer tous les ans.
