That is a cool amazing kit for my daughter, she loves to make crafts . She was so excited to have it.

I bought this to build some things with my son and he is really enjoying it. The parts are basically what you expect though I will say that the motor isn't quite up to the task of driving the fan at 3V. It spins it but there isn't quite enough wind produced. We built a fan-car that was pretty light and didn't have much friction on the wheels. The fan did move it but just barely. It works a lot better at 4.5V but then you can only run it for a minute or so or you risk overheating the motor.

Easy plug and play with the motors and fans. The battery packs were mostly fine but after a couple minutes they got hot and the rubber boiled on the wiring ends. Great value for the motors but be careful with the battery packs around children, burnt my hand trying to stop the pack from catching fire.

My son added this kit to his microbit kit.the motors are a good guilty. The battery holders have a power switch so he does not need to wire switch in, this he loves.

I am playing with Raspberry Pi and bought this kit for the motors & the wheels. This kit includes some basic wirings and battery holders, switches, etc. Things you would need to make the circuit with Raspberry Pi & L298N. However, there's no jumper in this kit so I had to buy those from Ebay. The DC motor runs reasonably well at PWM frequency = 500, and stops running at frequency=1000. The motor is a bit heavy and seemed too weak to generate enough lift with the propeller. So the kit is probably unfit for making drones (though I didn't try further). There are more to be explored. But overall I am happy with this product. Edit: the motor is kind of weak unable to drive the wheels when 6 AA batteries were applied. The wheels are too little to fit on a TT motor. Kind of disappointed at this point.

The batteries don't really fit in the battery packs, but its doable. We did have at least 1 defective battery pack as well. Overall though my son likes this kit. Has fun creating/discovering how things work.

Fantastic stem toy which encourages my kid to use his imagination and creativity. So far he’s made a propeller propelled car . Home made hand fan and working on sticking card board wings to a cardboard tube with 2 dc motors to make a roller plane
