A very good cookbook for people who enjoy filipino cooking.

don't like this book at all. Has none of the PI dishes I was looking for, and does not seem to be authentic . Sorry, I don't like giving bad reviews, but I was totally disappointed in this book.

Good book, and good recipe selections ! It makes a great gift.
