Really Works
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This product does exactly what it says. i couldn't hear a thing but the you can tell that the dogs definitely reacted to it. as you can see in the video i pushed it and the dogs instantly stopped barking. And as an added bonus i decided to try it on the neighbors dog and it actually worked may i say temporarily. I can see this being a good training tool also and a way to maybe potty train a dog. Overall i am not disappointed at all.

LIFE CHANGING
I would give this 100 stars if I could! This product has changed my almost 9 year old dog. He would always sit at the top of our apartment steps and bark. We even had to put up a gate because he would run down the steps to bark more. He’s half pug and EVERYTHING startles him. Using this product and saying “no barking” (a command he has heard a zillion times but doesn’t listen to) has gotten him to stop barking just about entirely. I haven’t even used it 20 times, but my dog has learned he will hear the noise if he barks at all, so he has stopped. He still “boof”s a little at times but that’s not loud. Today walking up to my door I heard the dogs barking, but when they heard me open the door they both stopped!I still keep this handy, but I really haven’t had to use it after less than a week. I’m so impressed- this literally changed my life (and probably my neighbors’ too!)Side note: I have 2 dogs, only one needed this. My other dog obviously could hear it, but I made sure he knew he wasn’t in trouble and gave him praise.

Training 2 Dogs at Once!
My 2 little dogs are consummate yappers, and our neighbors get irritated by it. So I decided to try this anti-barking device. When the dogs bark, I just step outside, press the button, and the device emits a very high-pitched ultrasound which can only be heard by the dogs. After more than 10 seconds, the device will automatically turn off. It certainly gets the dogs’ attention, but it will take more training time for them to not bark at all! It’s an effective, low cost device that’s user friendly!

Revised rating to two stars
Recently the seller reached out to me, asking me to remove my negative review for $10. My answer: I don't think so. That's like bribery. However, to be fair, I decided to modify my original one star review (see below for original review) to two stars. Here's what happened. After I received the defective product and was generally unhappy with the design, I sent it back for a refund. I then researched other ultrasonic bark control devices on Amazon and other pet retailer websites. All functioned similarly, with one button that serves as the bark control, test button to ensure the device is working, and the same button for the flashlight (for the devices that also have flashlight function). Based on my research, this Petacc Anti Barking Device was the only product that can be USB charged. In my book, that is huge because I hate using batteries. Since I couldn't afford highly rated, expensive humane dog training devices, I decided to give this ultrasonic device a second chance, and asked for a replacement instead of a refund.I tested out the replacement. The flashlight function worked fine this time. However, the test button that's supposed to emit a long beep sound did not work, and sometimes when I push the button, the flashlight inadvertently would turn on. I tested this device on my dog when she barked. Initially, she stopped. It looked like she was stunned by something. The next few times I tried it again, she barely stopped barking and just kept on barking. A few times, she got mad and barked even louder. Nah. This device just doesn't cut it.ORIGINAL REVIEWDefective and all around poor design:I was really looking forward to this device to train my ceaselessly barking dog but boy am I disappointed. Here's why:1. Poor instruction manual. It doesn't explain what the red blinking light means when you charge it. Does it turn solid red when it's fully charged? Neither does it clearly explain that the on/off button is the same as the activation button for the ultrasound.2. I followed the instructions to turn on the flashlight: push button twice to turn on light and once to turn off. I had to push the button 3x before the light came on. To turn off, push the button once. I pushed once and the light won't turn off. It's stuck with the flashlight on.3. It's poor design to have one button serve FOUR functions. The same button turns on the device; push button for 10 seconds to turn off; push 2x to turn on light, once to turn off; long push it to get a beep to verify it's working; and the same button activates the ultrasound. Not only did I not get a beeping sound when I long pushed the button, but how STUPID and CONFUSING is that???!!! It's the dumbest design I've ever seen of any device, hands down.4. Each time I have to push that button, say to turn on, or to turn the flashlight on or off, does it emit a high frequency ultrasound? If so, am I not inadvertently activating it and subjecting my dog to its sound, when I'm not intending to use it at that time? It's irritating that I got a defective device, but the overall design is categorically stupid. I hate that the same button is used for multi-purposes. Too bad because physically, it's a cute looking bone-shaped device.I have no doubt that ultrasound devices can be used for bark control but this product is just inferior. I'm so disappointed and will be returning this.

Light and comfortable plus easy to use workd on Husky
Looks great and comfortable. Easy to work with, just make sure you point at the dog when pressing the button. I like the idea of having a security measure, if you leave the button longer than 10s the device will shutdown and you would have to press twice in order to make it work. My Husky responded very well to it and started to calm down and follow commands. It comes with a wristband.

Thank You!!!!!
We have 2 dogs that bark incessantly. My Chihuahua, Lulu, is a typical yapper but I couldn’t get her to stop. I’ve tried all of the training techniques that are out there. Nothing worked. I adopted her from The SPCA, 6 years ago, when she was 2 years old. I know that she was never potty or leash trained so the poor little girl was not treated well. This product worked immediately for both dogs. My husband’s dog is a male, Boxer mix and he’s very protective of his property. That part is fine but he also would not stop barking, even when we gave him the command to stop. Once I pressed the button and told them, “no bark!”, they both stopped. Lulu jumped up, like it actually caused her pain. Tyson, the boxer, barked a few more times so I pressed it again. He stopped and did not bark again. When someone comes to the door, we want them to warn us but, when we tell them, no bark, to let them know that this person is OK, we want them to stop. Now we no longer have to use the barking trainer. My Chihuahua is so afraid of it that she is a completely different dog. Now I just have to give her the command of, no bark, and she will stop. I have had to use it a few more times on the boxer, but for the most part, they have stopped continuing to bark after we have told them that this person is OK. They used to also park at cars driving down the street. We live in the country and it’s very quiet so when they would hear anything, they would both bark like crazy. No more! I am truly so happy that I bought this. You won’t be sorry. I only wish I hadn’t waited so long. I could’ve saved a lot of frustration.
