Do you mix the dropper bottle with water or put directly on your tongue undiluted?

I used the spray bottle and sprayed it undiluted on my tongue. If you water it down it won’t work as well. Tasting the intense bitterness is what stimulates stomach acid production. If you water it down you won’t taste it as much. I did water down another brand though(of Swedish herbal bitters) because it was absolutely disgusting (tasted like turpentine/paint thinner), but the classic better bitters doesn’t take that bad to me.
