Do the lace parts around the buttcheeks sit tight or hang loose?

The pantiex sit tight on my but and they fit well, but when I walk, they go down my ass and lie under my ass. As if the elastic can´t really hold them up. So if I go with a dress like a real sissy must do, I'll lose my panties.

what kind of package does it come in is it discreet?

Very discreet, a simple white mailer.

Is the pouch sewn down or restrained in some way? Or when you get hard, does it stand out freely?

It is sewn on but the pouch stretches, so when you get hard it still fits and is still comfortable. Have experienced it, and had no problems
