Hi. the red leds are flashing, the camera clicks. nothing else works. do you do free returns for faulty goods?

The root cause may be that the camera's mode isn't switched to match your DVR.

Please kindly note this camera is 4 in 1 mode, which can be compatible with 1080p TVI/1080p AHD/1080p CVI/960 H CVBS Anolog modes. But we can not guarantee 100% our product can work with  a third party brand DVR,  because the specifications and program may be different.

You can try to switch your camera to 4 modes to test. I think when your camera is switched to 960H CVBS Anolog mode, your camera should can output the image well. You can press upward button for 5 seconds, then your camera will switch to 960H CVBS Anolog mode.

Change camera mode by OSD button when camera power on. Press the button on OSD menu:
Switch to 1080p AHD: Press Left button for 5 Seconds
Switch to 1080p TVI: Press Right button for 5 Seconds
Switch to 960H CVBS: Press Upward button for 5 Seconds
Switch to 1080p CVI: Press Downward button for 5 Seconds

It depends if your dvr is a hybrid dvrc. They csn sutomstically select the camera format . Cameras can be ahd, hdcvi or tvi. Most dvrs are hybrid but it depends on how old it is !

I wouldn't bother buying this camera' its absolutely crap! Playback of captured CCTV images are grainy & jerky.  Even though I've tried "EVERY" setting on the menu, its still rubbish. I have other CCTV camera's & they are perfect, all I had to do was to plug them into my CCTV recorder ( No setup needed at all). My advice' don't buy this crap!.
