I bought work pants on Amazon but they came with very durable knee pad inserts but after a week my knees started to hurt because they were too stiff.I’ve used these before and they’re a lot more comfortable and easier to take on and off also. Great upgrades for your existing padded pants.

Love these kneepads. They fit perfectly in 511's. I don't take them out during laundry cuz that's too much work, and one pair I have is over a year old and still going strong. They offer great cushioning on my skinny knees. Don't hesitate, get these!

They save the knees. I took a guy down when he was resisting and we ended up in the air for a moment. I am not a young officer and I was worried about the landing but the pads did well and I landed with no damage to my knee. The only issue I would address is there needs to be an easier way to get them in. If there was a zipper or velcro secured knee pouch that would fix the 10 mins of screwing around to get it in correctly. This is my second pair and like others they don't come out after you put them in.

These work great without bulk giving cushion when you need it most.

Work ok, and are very hot spend the extra few dollars and get a nicer pair.

These fit perfectly in the knee pocket of my 5.11 tactical pants. They have definitely saved me from some scrapes and bruises. They are easy to insert and remove and you don’t even notice them when walking. So far them seem very durable. I liked them so much I bought a second pair.

I have installed these knee pads in the pockets of my 5.11 pants that I wear around our homestead when I am working. These pads make kneeling on concrete and ground easier on my knees. I think the pads are just shy of 1/4" thick each. I have used them several times and just leave them in my pants when I wash and dry them. The pads have not moved much or started to degrade in the wash/dry cycles.My only complaint is that the pads make already warm pants for the summer even warmer. My knees are a little more sweaty with these pads in, but I'm already sweating a great deal, so the convenience of the built in knee pads out-weights the additional perspiration.I plan on getting another pair of these pads to put in my Fjallraven pants.

I bought these for my battle rattle pants where they fit easily and comfortably enough. But I found they also work great as hip cushions for a duty belt. My thin oval waist feels less oppressed if I slip these in between my base layer and my uniform
