Great Product!
I bought this for a long day of travel by plane. It worked perfectly. I had no issues through security at the airports either. It was a great fit for my medicine, kept it cold and easy to transport. I recommend buying the portable charger and case that you can buy with it for long trips.

Does a great job keeping medicine cool for a couple days!
I bought this for an overseas trip. I take a weekly shot that needs to be refrigerated. Took it out of the fridge right before we left for the airport, put it in this cooler with the ice pack and the usb lid. I plugged it in to a charger for the airport ride, unplugged it for tsa security, then plugged it back in. The plane had a plug, so I utilized that on the plane for 6 hours. Once landed, I plugged it back into the charger. At the hotel I used a usb plug to keep it running. I left on a Friday night and on Monday morning, it was still cool. Not cold and the ice pack was defrosted, but it was definitely cool inside the container and the medicine was still cool as well. We went to Ireland in the fall, so we did not have super high temperatures to combat. Taking it through US security, they wanted it opened to verify it wasn't a water bottle. Bringing it back, they just put it in a machine to test for whatever (explosives?). it traveled well, super easy to use, withstood our travel. I highly recommend this product.

Great Product - Works Well Over A Few Days
I used this on a trip to get on a cruise ship. I was travelling from Miami to Southampton and arrived a day early to make sure a late flight would not keep us from boarding the ship. It worked exceptionally well for our meds.

Indispensable for Traveling with Temperature-Sensitive Medication
I find this 4ALLFAMILY Explorer Cooler Travel Case, with its USB-powered cooling fan built into the lid and included ice pack, indispensable for traveling with temperature-sensitive medication. With the ice pack inside, it can just fit three Mounjaro pens. My primary use is keeping my medication within the required temperature range while traveling on trains, airplanes, and in taxis. Because the 4ALLFAMILY Explorer Cooler does not have a built-in thermostat, I purchased an HT.w Bluetooth temperature sensor on Amazon and keep it inside the cooler next to the ice pack. It allows me to monitor the temperature on my iPhone. To maintain my preferred range of 35–45°F, I manually connect and disconnect the cooling fan from a USB-C power bank based on the temperature reading. I was surprised by how effective the fan built into the lid is. With the ice pack inside, the fan can lower the temperature below freezing. During my summer trip through Europe, with outdoor temperatures reaching as high as 98°F, I was able to keep my medication consistently within the 35–45°F range. One important observation: with the ice pack inside and the fan running continuously, the temperature can actually drop below 35°F. Since there is no built-in thermostat to regulate the fan automatically, I monitor the temperature and turn the fan on and off as needed. Overall, I consider it an essential part of traveling with my temperature-sensitive medication.

Works well
Nice travel cooler. Doesn't hold much with the ice pack. Works as described. A few issues going through tsa especially with battery attached, but no problems

Great investment
works amazing for keeping insulin cool for hours. On our long flights and travels it was always cold and easy to plug in when we had access. Going through TSA, we would recommend taking it out as they usually want to have a peak inside. The only downside is it can be a little heavy in the backpack, but well worth it.

For the price, it should have done a better job.
Keeps things cool but not for the 72 hours listed. For the price, it should do a better job. This would have been perfect for longer trips without a fridge but it missed the mark.

Met and exceeded expectations
Went on a 4 day trip and put ice in the bottom of the thermos before I left. I had 16 hours of travel without the cooler, and 56 hours (in the hotel) with the cooler working nonstop. When I got home 72 hours later, the ice was still intact and frozen. Needless to say, my insulin was kept cool all 4 days of the trip I was very impressed by this gadget.

Good to travel with and perfect for a power outage.
Great back up when the house lost power and good to travel with on a plane. No problem through security. Just needed to unplug from charger for take offs and landings. Cabin staff kept meds cold in their fridge during this time as we were on a long flight around the world 36 hours door to door. Also used an additional battery pack especially for this type of operation. Again not allowed during take offs and landings. Should have bought a holster for the canister as if I didn’t keep a close eye on it, it would slip inside my bag and would block the cooling fan vents. Not good as the meds wouldn’t keep cool.
