Are these gluten free please

I think it's hard to say for certain, but I do believe they're all lentil or chickpea based noodles, if you're only lightly impacted by the intolerance I would say it's worth giving small portion a try. But I suspect they'd be advertised as such, if they'd gone to the trouble of making sure it was gluten free.

Compatability.

There all lovely but I have tummy probs and remembered when bought at xmas to shove a handful at a time in mouth but as soon as I had a pinch my tummy was bloated so I have to give away the unopened pj's as I can no longer take the spices. Otherwise it was exactly what I was looking for. Give it a try and if your tummy likes then buy more , you will not be disappointed.
