Grohe 27765EN0 Powerandsoul Cosmopolitan 190 Shower Head - 4 Sprays, Infinity Brushed Nickel

I purchased this shower head in combination with the Danze (D481170) 13" shower extender. Installation took about 10-15 minutes with the proper tools. Easy installation. The shower head works great!! Functionality of the head has been well thought out. It allows all four settings to be used at once, or the option to choose a single flow. I choose the 'Jet' and 'Bokoma' spray together for nice firm spray. The Bokoma spray offers a constantly changing narrow and wide spray..very neat. The rain shower function works properly... feeling like rain coming down on you. I also drilled two holes in the green flow restrictor and pulled it out with a set of needle nose pliers in order to have a stronger water flow.

While this may be a little odd looking, it works great. We have ample water pressure and this shower head delivers precise streams, depending on which button or combination of buttons are pressed. While my wife enjoys the Rain mixed with Air setting (softer spray), I prefer the regular Rain. The operation is a little odd ... you depress the first button fully, then you can "add" a second setting by partially depressing that button. If you fully depress the second button, the first will pop up. It takes some getting used to.

Love our new shower head. There is so much power and the water options are perfect for every family member. The unit is plastic so a little disappointed to buy something for so much that is just a piece of plastic.

It broke after a couple months of using it. I guess there's too many mechanical processes. I contacted the seller and they told me to contact Grohe. Problem is that it seems near impossible to actually contact Grohe. The phone just rings and rings and then there's the option to leave a voicemail. I felt like I was talking into an abyss and it appears that I actually was. The only response that I received back was an auto email informing me that they were taking Good Friday off. It gave me hope! Maybe there was someone on the other side! But no, my emails flew into the abyss they label as "customer service". But as someone who does high end architecture and has input into the plumbing fixtures, I have steered the plumbing schedule with the client's thousand dollar budget per bathroom clear of Grohe.

Note that the body is not metal but instead it is plastic. The buttons are easy to use. It includes a swivel joint which is a plus as the head can rotate. Overall we are happy with the shower head and its options. The unit is sleek and modern.

Was looking forward to the multiple settings, but just got water coming more from the control button leaks and the leaks from the head, than from the nozzles. I'm sure that when you have a good one, it's terrific, but I was not a lucky one to get a functioning unit. I have 2 faucets from grohe, and they are exceptional, but not with this. :(

This is a great showerhead. It has different options depending upon the spray/rainfall desired. It is well made and solid--no plastic parts.

A little different from my other rain shower head. I like the variable control.

Después de usarla durante un tiempo, tengo que decir que me encanta, la compre junto a la alcachofa de la misma casa y modelo y estamos encantados, los 4 jets y poder configurarlo todos a la vez es una auténtica pasada. Los materiales son de primera calidad. Un acierto de compra, merece la pena gastarse el dinero en esto si quieres pegarte una ducha relajante.

Excellent shower head. Replaced a ‘standard’ Grohe shower head with this one and have never looked back!

Works perfectly as described

Il doccino è molto facile da montare, ed è veramente ottimo, finchè funziona. Mi spiego meglio, dopo alcuni mesi (3) ha iniziato a perdere acqua dai 4 tasti presenti per scegliere il tipo di getto. Inizialmente in maniera accettabile, in seguito in maniera non più accettabile, diminuendo addirittura la potenza dei veri getti. Richiesto il cambio ad amazon che come sempre si è rivelato il top, ho montato il prodotto nuovo. Con mia grande sorpresa avevano apportato qualche modifica al filtro, ma per il resto il prodotto sembrava identico. Alla terza doccia ha prodotto un TOC (qualcosa è esploso all'interno mentre facevo la doccia) e ha iniziato a perdere copiosamente acqua dai 4 tasti (praticamente non usciva neanche più l'acqua dai fori predisposti per i getti). Terza sostituzione, al momento funziona. Quando funziona, vale tutti i soldi spesi, speriamo solo che duri. (se non avesse tutti questi problemi meriterebbe 5 stelle)
