oh man these are so good!! perfect size, only needs water. no dairy or gluten or hidden weird stuff. quick, easy fantastic. so yummy. these could not be better. seriously. they awesome

It's SO hard to find gluten-free, dairy-free nut-free items to send into my kids' school but these were perfect! I got them for Valentines treats to send home with classmates and my kids loved them so much we have them on subscription now. The only thing is they come out very gooey, basically like a liquid fudge. Flavor is great, but very sweet and not brownie-like at all. We experimented and found that adding 1 teaspoon of flour (for those that are ok with gluten of course) and a few extra drops of water helped give it a little more structure.

I eat one of these every day at work for lunch. Should I? Probably not. Will I keep doing this? Absolutely. As someone with celiac and IBS, this brownie is my hidden gem and it does not upset my stomach in the slightest which is extremely rare. Love love love these! Chocolate flavor is divine and has chocolate chips that sink to the bottom for a lava cake type of consistency. Please never discontinue these single servings!!

Each cup is a embarkation into a beautiful journey into complex chocolate profiles and a soul partnership of textures. Absolutely hands down, better than every other brownie out there, let alone the Gluten Free factor cuz this deceivingly unassuming tiny cup of the heavens' rich deliciousness will have you thinking youve died and gone to heaven only to reincarnated to King Arthur's Flour's Pantry!! I don't know if I got my point across here or not.. So, let me say, that, these brownies may seem small when you pull the cup out of the microwave! You may think wow, theyre not worth what I've paid or you might have mean spirited thoughts about the size of the brownie or how you're gonna need to make another one...but have faith and in just a moment it will all become clear...and you'll be flown, on Angels' wings, right up to Heaven! The brownie is the most decadent, rich and life-changing brownie I've ever had in my life....WITH OR WITHOUT GLUTEN!! Youll see...just wait! Namasté! Thank you to KAF!

Another great item from king arthur

I have loved all of the GF King Arthur mixes ever since I discovered them a few years after going GF. These brownie cups are FANTASTIC! I love how these don't contain a bunch of artificial stuff and they're so easy to prepare. Quick sweet dessert or snack that's satisfying and so good. Even my non-GF husband said these are just as good as gluten desserts! I will definitely buy again and can highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at the taste of this product. It has a nice deep chocolate taste. The texture was not very brownie-like but more like lava cake consistency. Not unpleasant, but not a chewy brownie. It would be great with a scoop of ice cream. Knocked a star down due to the texture. It's worth a try, but I will try to find it locally, hopefully on sale due to cost. I also might buy a box and divide it up to make my own single servings. I am not sure it is worth $2 a cup. It is straightforward to make and convenient.

These work well for my gluten free diet. Tasty and easy to microwave.
