These plates are very nice and they've lasted over a decade. They really dress up a room. The matte finish does a pretty good job of hiding fingerprints. Fingerprints are more apparent than on a standard white plastic wall plate, so once-in-a-while they need to be wiped to remove the prints. I regularly wipe them down with the same rag I use to clean wood furniture and they still look as good as new.2 THINGS TO KNOW:1) It has rounded edges, so if you replace a standard plastic plastic with this, it may not cover the corner edges of the current wall paint. (a colored pencil works great for a quick touch-up to the wall paint)2) Protect them when moving otherwise the black coating will chip off.

Why waste valuable time and money at a big box store looking for a Double switch wall plate. I will tell you from experience they do not carry them, or if they do...they are out of stock. Even the mom and pop hardware storesdon't carry them. Save yourself the gas and energy...order the liberty hardware variety and you will be pleased with your purchase. They carry all sizes and shapes. I had been looking for 9 months and finally realized I should look online. Needless to say 10 minutes later I had all my switch and outlet plates ordered. Qualified for super saver shipping and arrived within a week. I didn't even have to leave my house. Great products with great service!

I ordered about a dozen of these on Amazon in brushed nickel for use in my kitchen and two bathrooms as well as my office. They are offered in all the configurations I needed except for my phone jack.I am very pleased with the quality and thrilled with the look. I have a lot of stainless and these fit in beautifully. Who would think that such a small thing would make such a difference. I wish they made a cover plate for my double phone jack.

It ended up being nothing fancy, but it did the job. Mine came with the necessary screws for the hardware, and seems to be holding up nicely. I will buy this brand if I need to replace any more wall plates around the house.

Great switch plates. They were easy to install and came with all of the hardware. They don't show fingerprints at all and have a classic look that fits well with all the appliances in the kitchen and blends well enough to work in the living room as well. I would recommend this brand and style.

these look better that expected. they added a nice touch to my redecorated bathroom go nicely with my brushed nickel medicine cabinets, faucet, bath tub fixtures and bath accessories.

the delivery time was kind of slow, but I am spoiled because Amazon gets most of my orders to me within 48 hours. The product itself was exactly what I was looking for. I like the polished satin finish. It added a nice finished touch to my project.
