New York Volum' Express The Colossal Mascara - Glam Black - 2 Pack

Great product

I have been using this mascara for years, and always come back to it. I have tried other high priced mascaras, like Lancome, Tarte, and Kat von D, and I still think Maybelline New York Volum' Express The Colossal Mascara - Glam Black, outshines them all. It thickens and lengthens, without clumping, even with two or three coats. I usually apply two coats, do something else for around 5 minutes or so, and then apply one more coat, and my lashes look long and thick. That's the great thing about this mascara. You can easily apply another coat later in the day, after it's already dry. It does not last as long as some of the other brands, depending on how many coats you use, that's why I always order the twin pack, for under $20 per package! Washes off easily with soap and water too. You can't beat value and quality like that in today's economy. Highly recommend.

This has been my holy grail mascara for years. It doesn't clump. I get lots of compliments on my long lashes and most people are surprised that I'm not using a more expensive product. One trick that I found is that it works better after it's been open for a couple weeks. I'm not sure why this is, but it is. The first few weeks I use a new tube, it's a bit thin and requires more application strokes. But after week 2 (and until the tube if finished) it is an amazing mascara with the perfect thickness.

Lovely, smooth formula. A bit too thin for my taste. I have to apply 3 coats for the look I like. But it's buildable so that's good.

Let's face it, mascara is tricky.....everyone is trying to create the perfect one. This mascara is washable (and for us older gals.....we don't want to scrub our eyelashes to remove the waterproof stuff if we're not going anywhere near a pool/funeral), I use 3 rounds of mascara and have received compliments about my lashes. It looks natural and not clumpy/overdone. As they say, less is more! I'm a FAN of this mascara.....and for the price, ya can't beat it!

I've ventured out and tried other brands of mascara, but I keep coming back to this one. My lashes are naturally long and too much volume is not a good daily look for me. I like how this mascara applies in a thin, even layer that I can build-up for a more "night time" look when desired. This mascara lasts ALL DAY and does NOT smudge even after a 10 hour work day, 3 mile run, 30 minute Peloton ride, and Zumba or HIIT session. Yet, even though it lasts all day, it easily washes off at night when I shower and wash my face. I will keep coming back to this product for as long as its available.

Wow, i was pleasantly surprised with this mascara. Easy to apply, washes off with soap and water, gives lashes a thicker, longer appearance.

Both my daughter and I use this mascara. I've used soooo many brands--dimestore, Dollar Store, drugstore, department store--and this product fills out lashes, adds length, doesn't clump up horribly (if you replace it in a reasonable amount of time, say after 3-6 months of daily use), and really finishes off my overall look. To be honest, my daughter and I have decent eyelashes to start out with (i.e., my aunt with Lupis and four eyelashes to her name wouldn't be an ideal customer). My aunt is a pro at applying fake lashes when she has flare-ups. As with any beauty product, know what you're working with and the effect you want before you try out a new brand or type of product. :)

Ni alarga, ni pone gruesa la pestaña, mas bien la tiñe y ya esta, y tienes que estar un rato dandole porque no notas nada la verdad, al menos en mi caso.. no entiendo como es de los mejores valorados. Un 0. No lo compraré mas.
