I have been taking this for 2 months. I had severe hip pain (Sciatic) I was having trouble getting out of bed and trouble sleeping. I was very concern (scared) of what may be causing this pain. I decided to give these pills a try I DO NOT REGRET IT! I'm not kidding when I say within a week I notice a reduction in pain. My movement improved, normal getting out of bed and very minimal pain at night. I just received my third bottle. I'm not 100% cured butAfter an MRI all good with my spine, going through physical therapy and I hope to get to the root of the problem. But these pills have been amazing.

I am on a blood thinner, am elderly, and have many joint difficulties. I am not permitted to take NSAIDS. and have looked to natural anti-inflammatories, including Tumeric. I did 500 mg for a while, with no great effect, though I tolerated it well (some folks' stomachs have a hard time with Tumeric), but when I went to this product at 1200 mg I seemed to get significant relief from arthritis pain. There may be multiple factors (diet, exercise) also affecting the arthritis, but I'm giving a lot of credit to this product. I did not rate flavor highly because I take it with a handful of supplements and don't notice.

I live that this company has organic/gluten supplements. I use almost all of their other products so this just has been added to my daily routine.

I originally bought these to help with recovery from a hip surgery and was pleasantly surprised that my overall energy levels were up. Easy to take and great results.
