I was a bit worried when I got it because it was so bulky but it works amazingly. It feels durable and sturdy. I did need to make sure my hair was off my neck because it was more comfortable without my hair being rubbed into my neck. I was able to use it just under my skull where I get knots and up and down my neck and the tops of my shoulders. It rotates direction every minute but I wish there was a button that I could set it on one direction for the full 15 minutes. I can change the direction for one minute at a time but I don’t want to push the button 15 times to keep it going one direction. I put the low heat on and it’s plenty warm. I used this for over an hour in one use and it performed great. It helped reduce the tightness in my neck and shoulders. I’m looking forward to seeing what a week of using this massager will do for me. I have a fancy massage chair but it doesn’t help with my neck. This massager was addressing the knots in my shoulders on the lightest setting. I think I’ll have to work up to the deeper massages. It does require you to lean against something and plug into the wall. I found it comfortable sitting on my couch and leaning back with a cushion under my lower back. I am so impressed. I bought another neck massager for $150 and it did not hold a candle to this product. I am very happy with the purchase and I feel it was well worth the money.

My mobility is limited to a 6-foot radius from the outlet. 10/10 would be held hostage by this cord again.

I like all of the settings this offers. I feel like the massagers could be further apart though. The weight of it isn't bad, but it does feel a little bulky and difficult to control, if you're not holding it in place or propping it against something, it shifts easily. The quality of the massage is fine once you manage to get it in place. It has worked out knots that I couldn't do on my own which definitely helped with the pain I felt, the heat settings definitely helped and never feel too hot or too cool. Overall I'm impressed with this, I thought it would be something I bought and ended up never using, but it really does help with pain relief...especially since there aren't many medications I care to put in my body. :)

This thing is unbelievable. It is that good. It is SO strong. It’s meant to hang on your shoulders and get your neck. but sometimes I lean back on it and it’s so nice. But do be careful where you place it because it can be very hard pressure. It also has a heater and that’s insane. Fantastic product. Worth whatever I paid. **Only issue so far is it has to stay plugged in.

This is such a great massager to add to your at home arsenal! I just purchased a new one but my old one had lasted me 6.5 years and it provided me great relief and relaxation as I tend to carry stress/tension in my upper neck and shoulders. This NekTeck Shiatsu massager, along with my new Sunbeam Contoured Heating Pad for Neck & Shoulder, has been a big help for my neck/upper back/shoulder pain and stiffness and that is helping my left-ear somatic tinnitus. I did some research and discovered that trying heat and massage and gentle stretching may offer relief not only for my spinal/neck stiffness, but the tinnitus. And it seems to be helping. This massager can be intense so just be mindful that you may not realize how deeply you are massaging your muscle - don't start off doing it too hard and don't do it for too long. You can cause too much soreness and even bruising. And if like me you are treating neck pain and have somatic tinnitus, you can cause a spike if you are too aggressive. Two days of this and already the tinnitus volume has lowered significantly. The stiffness in my upper back is so much better - I got up this morning and for the first time in a very very long time my upper back wasn't stiff - and I'd done an upper body workout yesterday! My neck feels better too. This has heat - it's not an intense heat and the sunbeam heating pad delivers more of that (I do heat first) but it is a nice warming sensation as it massages. It rotates one way for a while, then pauses and rotates the other way. You can adjust the speed. You can adjust the rotation. You can turn off the heat as well. This one is corded - they do offer a cordless. So in that regard it's not exactly portable as in you have to be near an outlet, but it's portable in the way you can carry it anywhere and use it as long as there's an outlet. It's not heavy but it is substantial. It can be a bit awkward to use since it's large and I'm only 5'2" and small. You put your arms/hands though the ends and that holds it to your neck or back. If you are leaning against a chair, you may not have to hold it for your mid to lower back. However, NOTE: don't do what I did and have the controls to the right side of you - that makes it not work right - I feel silly now as I was wondering why it was so much more awkward and not massaging one side as well as the other - when I switched the controls to my left side, it was so much easier and the massage action was much better too! Since I ordered mine for just under $30 for the gray, I'm super happy!

I liked the product. It gave a good massage and the leather was soft and felt high quality. The problem was the cord would often not stay attached during the massage. It wouldn't click when attached, so I had to return it and got a cordless massager instead.

I purchased this in 2019 and it’s been used in my household anytime someone has stiff shoulders. Until 2026, it was in perfect condition with occasional use and this year was the year that the fabric over one of the roller sets tore, exposing the plastic roller balls. It hasn’t stopped us from using it! This device has kept at least one of us from seeing a chiropractor or PT and in my thoughts, it’s saved us money while targeting the problem muscles with its relentless roller massage functions which are even heated when the heat button is turned on. Because of the arm rest holes, you can position this helper wherever you need relief the most. I think my Shiatsu Neck Massager came with a car adapter but I usually forget to pack it. Even so, this device happens to be one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon.

Używam przez cienki polar lub ręcznik ze wzgl. higienicznych, więc nie jest za intensywny, same stopnie intensywności niewiele się od siebie różnią; Grzeje odczuwalnie i przyjemnie. Masager jest spory (problem z przechowywaniem) poza tym przydałyby się trochę dłuższe paski (np. podczas masażu karku trudny dostęp do przycisków) i dlatego odejmuję gwiazdkę. Jestem zadowolona z zakupu.

Calienta correctamente, estéticamente llegó sin defecto,es agradable el masaje. Hasta el momento todo a salido bien. Lo uso diario, tenía “miedo” de que saliera mal pero hasta el momento me siento satisfecha 👍
