I wear size large or extra large, what size would I go with?

I’m a large. I bought the XL, and they’re perfect.

For the plus size ladies (American sz) is the 3x sufficient for 28/30 range women?

Not sure. I wear a 12 and order a large, which is my normal size. Not sure if that helps. When you get them, they'll appear Very small. Mine looked like a small/xsmall out of the package. But they are VERY stretchy. They stretched all the way out to cover my vertical hysterectomy incision, which started about two inches above my belly button. So, if that is your normal size, then I would say yes, it SHOULD work. I really liked mine and wore them the first two weeks after surgery. I only took them off when my staples and steri-strips came out.

No these are not washable they are disposable which means you throw them away after use.

It's more like mesh; like a loose, thicker, panty hose type of material.
