To everyone shopping for a personal or office fan on Amazon... this one is pretty good value for money.I received it (in black) promptly, well wrapped, with all the parts ready to assemble. Assembly was pretty straight forward and it works a treat!We can't figure out how to attach the centre piece/disc that has the name of the make on it - but that's not needed for its function... so not a problem.Noise levels...Pretty quiet on speed 1.Speed 2 - just the sound of a fan going round really - you can hear it on the end of the phone, but nothing intrusive. And if it's a few feet away from you - again pretty easy to ignore.Speed 3 is quite forceful I would say, and probably not needed unless you've just been for a run and want to cool off! Speed 3 isn't silent, but it's not intrusive either, but I would just use speed 3 for short bursts.You can easily conduct a phone conversation with speed 1 even if you're adjacent to the fan.Hope that helps you decide.

Looks copper coloured in photo but I’d actually black. Went together easily. Seems to work well.

The recent heatwave in the UK left me needing a fan for my pet gerbils.I didn’t do a lot of research but went off reviews, and this one looked good.In fact it’s been a life saver.(I ordered the black one)• It was easy to put together• It’s quiet, essential with sleeping animals.• x3 speed options are really useful.• No issues leaving it on for hours. (10-15hr runs, most days)The fan sound is more noticeable on a x3 speed setting, which is expected, but no rattling, squeaking, or rocking sounds, It’s very stable on its base.Perfect for my sound sensitive pets.

Had to return this, there were missing parts, and the mesh cover was bent, in fact, mangled might be a better choice of word. The amount of tape that was on the packaging made me think I wasn't the first person who had returned this particular item. Also, irrelevant as it turned out to be because assembly was impossible, there was no mention that it was required. Had it been highlighted, I wouldn't have bought the fan, if I wanted to assemble it myself, I'd have bought it from Ikea.

This is just a good simple compact fan that does the job and doesn't look horrid sitting in your room.

Wasn't completely happy with it. Too noisy for my small room, even on the lowest setting. Cable is too short. It is quite powerful though which is why I've kept it.
