BOSS Office Products B909JARM Adjustable Chair Arm Kit, Black, (2) Chair Compatible

I bought a generic $180 office chair that was only 3-4 years old, and recently the arm lever jammed and broke so I was left with one arm rest. After a week of that annoyance, I decided to find another chair. While searching in Amazon, I found this complete arm rest part with the right bolt attachment pattern. I ordered these hoping they would fit and they did, so win for me! The arm rests themselves were too small but thankfully my old armrests screwed right in there as well. Super happy this worked! Easing to install, great value for money. I'm only $40 out of pocket and not $180, so I'm very happy.

I bought this product in hopes it would fit my non Boss chair. It did and was easy to install. This item was at a great price from the Amazon Warehouse. If you have a chair that the arm mechanism has seen better days, check the bolt location and give it a shot. Very adjustable.

I ordered a Boss Adjustable Chair Arm KIT with 2 arms. I received only ONE arm with no screws that was wrapped in bubble wrap and put into a make shift box. What is the problem with receiving the right item. I’m receiving a refund and will try to reorder this KIT again. Hopefully the right item with screws and two arms will be included. Disappointed

Met my expectations. Good replacement item for damaged arms on otherwise serviceable office chair. Much better cost alternative to replacement.

End of box was open. When I took out armrests the screws were not in the small packet but in the box. Missing 2 screws and 3 washers. Looked like a returned item. No instructions, but easy to figure out.

It's not an exact replacement but it gets the job done until I get a new chair

I installed them on IKEA's chair. although them couldn't fit all 3 screws, but still strong enough to hold. Those arms can adjust the height, cost more than ikea's. But it worth the money for the comfort.

Be careful with how much pressure you put on the arm rest, one time I inattentively leaned a bit too hard on it as I was getting up and it just snapped off. The holes in my chair are pretty far back on the chair, so I get little real estate for my arms to actually rest on the arm rest as the support bar is pretty close to the center of this arm rest. Otherwise, I would describe as a bit hard of an arm rest, but I find it unlikely that there will be a better one you could find at this price point.
