Recommend for sure Review: Works about half the time - The trash can looks great and is easy to clean, but the motion sensor only works about half the time. It’s very frustrating. There’s also a button that you can push to open and close and sometimes it doesn’t respond either. So I end up just opening it as often as it works by itself or with the push of a button. First world problem for sure. But I probably would choose a different automatic trash can.

Weird to call a trash can awesome
Love it! Previously purchased a different automatic trash can and this one is much larger (20 gal) and holds the lid open longer. Love the way the trash bag is held. Recommend for sure

Works about half the time
The trash can looks great and is easy to clean, but the motion sensor only works about half the time. It’s very frustrating. There’s also a button that you can push to open and close and sometimes it doesn’t respond either. So I end up just opening it as often as it works by itself or with the push of a button. First world problem for sure. But I probably would choose a different automatic trash can.

Kitchen trash bags don’t fit
The can was missing its inner liner. The can claims to hold your standard 13 gallon kitchen trash bag, but I tried two different brands of drawstring bag in this can and neither were remotely close to fitting. I think this is inaccurate marketing to say a regular 13 gal trash bag will fit. I called Amazon to deal with the missing inner liner and they told me my only recourse is to return it or contact the seller. I will return not only because of the missing liner bucket, but also because I’m not interested in buying a non-drawstring trash bag in the hopes of it fitting this can. I don’t understand why the bag issue hasn’t been mentioned in previous reviews because to me it makes this can an inferior product.

The motion detector stopped working after only six months
I've had this item for less than a year (seven months) and the motion detector stopped working. Yes I did change the batteries. Both the auto open and the button you push to open stopped working. Up until now I really liked the product.

It’s not 13 gallon!
It’s not 13 gallon ! The only reason I gave 3 star is the incorrect size! Product itself is ok but it needs 18 gallon bag.

Would never recommend
This item is terrible. The company sent a second one that is just as terrible as the first. Outward appearances are great, but don’t expect the motion sensors to work. I’ve replaced batteries multiple times, and it simply does not work. It’s a lot of money to pay for a product that doesn’t work as promised
