Haggar Men's Exploded Argyle Button Front Sweater Vest, Light Grey, Medium  I recommend that you buy one size up. We bought two sizes for my son. The larger size fit better. This is true too because my son keeps growing. So, the larger size will help stay with him a little longer.

I bought this vest as a gift for my Dad and he loves it. He says it fits perfectly and it does around the shoulders/back area, however, I it looks a little snug in the mid-section, but I think it's because my Dad has a little paunch on him. The vest is of nice quality and the design is modern.

Love the sweater even though it is just a little snug but still comfortable I suspect that it will stretch with wear and a wash. I generally take a medium but it was mentioned here that they run small so I ordered a large. Very nice feel, just the right fabric weight for me. I did buy another one.
