I purchased my first case back in January 2020. One night, a week after I had it, it got VERY hot while charging overnight. I unplugged it to cool down, and the next morning it wouldn’t charge/turn on etc. I got a replacement from Amazon and it started out working fine. Then it wouldn’t charge with certain cords, wouldn’t recognize if headphones were plugged in, and would not hold a full charge on the battery pack itself for more half a day. When my phones battery would get low the extra battery itself was ALWAYS dead despite being fully charged a few hours earlier. When it would have a charge I would turn it on to charge, but it would die before getting my phone to even 50%. Finally, now it again won’t turn on, charge, or anything and is completely useless. The WORST purchase I have made and I am now no longer able to return it. DO NOT BUY THIS CASE-KEEP LOOKING.

Overall a nice looking case. Yes, it is a bit bulky but that how it is with all battery cases.- it is a slim(er) looking case because of the thinner top- nice pink/gray color- It is around 1.2 cm (1/2in) thick at the bottom and 0.8 cm (1/3in) at the top.- It charges my iphone X battery to 100%- charges with iPhone charger- protects screen a bit- accurate description from the website- delivered fastI will update my review if anything changes.

I ordered it for Christmas. Got it and opened it and it came fully charged. Great! Put my phone into it and didn’t work at all. My phone wouldn’t even charge. Messaged the place. I returned it and got a new one. Opened it and it came half charged but wouldn’t work. It worked when I plugged the case in while my phone was in the case. So I decided to let the phone charge. It did. I then took it off the charger and put my phone in it and nothing. I have don’t have any issues with any other charges. This case just doesn’t work for my phone for some reason. I have the iPhone X and it fits perfectly. Just won’t charge.

Unfortunately the entrance port for the charger wiggles and does not holes the charging cable properly in place. When I use my wired cables it moves a lot and will not work properly. The case does charge and charges my phone.

Great battery and perfect fit. Good protection for my X. However, the power input connector is very loose and is starting to not charge

Been charging for over 4 hours and only 2 out of the 4 dots are full. Takes way too long to charge this case.

The product worked fine for about 3 weeks then completely stop taking a charge. It was no longer usable after that.

This case held up for about 2 months then quit charging. I got a replacement, but then the same thing happened. Nice product but not durable. Customer service with Dolen is also not very good.
